本实用新型公开了一种锂电池电池盖板的防爆结构,属于锂电池技术领域。盖板上设有环形刻槽,盖板环形刻槽以内的部分设有与此环形刻槽相交的直刻槽,所述的环形刻槽与直刻槽由模具冲压而成。本实用新型的有益效果是:破裂位置相对固定,可以控制泄漏物排出的方向,更便于电池设计;泄漏物排出过程中,破裂口面积扩大有利于泄漏物排出,可以提高电池发生泄露时的安全性。

本实用新型涉及一种锂电池电池盖板的防爆结构,属于锂电池技术领域。 
背景技术
    当前锂电池盖板主要靠特定厚度的金属片,或在金属片上刻槽,使其强度比其他地方低,当电池内部压力增大时,强度较低的位置会优先破裂泄露压力,达到防爆的目的。通常在金属片上刻槽会选择环形或放射形。环形结构破裂时,泄露面积较大,但位置并不固定,在环形的任何位置都有可能破裂,不利于控制泄露物的排出方向;放射形结构破裂时,一般在相交处优先破裂,但压力减小后,破裂处不容易扩大,使泄露面积较小。 
发明内容
    本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于针对以上现有技术的不足而提供一种爆开时泄露面积大,且位置相对固定,有利于控制泄漏物的排出方向。 
    本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种锂电池电池盖板的防爆结构,盖板上设有环形刻槽,盖板环形刻槽以内的部分设有与此环形刻槽相交的直刻槽,所述的环形刻槽与直刻槽由模具冲压而成。 
     进一步的,所述的直刻槽的方向为环形刻槽内法线方向。 
     进一步的,所述的直刻槽的数量至少为1条。 
     本实用新型的有益效果是: 破裂位置相对固定,可以控制泄漏物排出的方向,更便于电池设计;泄漏物排出过程中,破裂口面积扩大有利于泄漏物排出,可以提高电池发生泄露时的安全性。

    下面结合附图对本实用新型的技术方案作详细的描述,结合图1、一种锂电池电池盖板的防爆结构,盖板1上设有环形刻槽2,盖板环形刻槽以内的部分设有与此环形刻槽相交的直刻槽3, 所述的直刻槽3的方向为环形刻槽2内法线方向。所述的环形刻槽2与直刻槽1由模具冲压而成,通过在模具设计时增加刻槽数量、深度、位置、长度等要求,在模具制作时实现,以此模具冲压,即可得到此新的防爆结构,所述的直刻槽的数量至少为1条。

2.根据权利要求1所述的锂电池电池板的防爆结构,其特征在于:所述的直刻槽的方向为环形刻槽内法线方向。
