本实用新型公开了一种CO2气体保护焊焊接筒形壳体与接头的改进结构,与筒形壳体带有焊接接头的一种空调储液器有关。它包括器体和带有凸肩的接头,器体具有焊接孔,接头与器体的焊接孔配合设置,且接头的凸肩搁置于器体外壁上,在焊接孔外口缘具有形成于器体外壁的环形凹台,接头的凸肩其底面为平面结构,凸肩的底面抵靠于此环形凹台上,且凸肩与此环形凹台焊接在一起。由于器体在冲制焊接孔时还加工有环形凹台,以供接头的凸肩底面抵靠,如此有利于接头放置定位,此环形凹台成为接头放置时的一个靠挡,因此,接头安装角度得到保证。当凸肩与此环形凹台焊接在一起后,提高了焊接质量稳定性和焊接效率,避免报废产品的产生。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及CO2气体保护焊焊接筒形壳体与接头的改进结构,与筒形壳体带有焊接接头的一种空调储液器有关。 
【背景技术】
空调储液器是一种高密封要求的容器,它安装于冷凝器上,处于制冷系统中的高压端,冷媒从冷凝器出来,经外接冷媒管路将冷媒输入该容器的冷媒进液口,经过储液器后的冷媒进入膨胀阀,空调储液器的作用:储存制冷系统中多余的冷媒,从而对系统起保护作用。 
目前大型空调系统中储液器的结构往往是储液器的筒体(或称器体)上存在进出口接头、安全阀接头、视液镜部件接头等,目前以上接头的传统焊接方式为氩弧焊焊接、火焰钎焊接和炉中钎焊接等。氩弧焊焊接方式工效低,不易于大批量生产,且氩弧焊焊接要求氩弧焊焊工需要一定的技能,人工焊接要求较高,焊接不均匀将影响工件焊接强度;而火焰钎焊接则会使焊接工件材料氧化并生成氧化皮,氧化皮需要酸洗才能加以去除,这会破坏环境;炉中钎焊接具有一定的局限性,大规格器体与焊炉不相适应,且能耗大成本高,以及对接头与器体的焊接孔之间的配合安装精度要求高。 
CO2焊接技术被广泛用于制冷系统中筒状类产品的加工,比较常见的是空调储液器的器体与接头之间的焊接。然而由于器体结构呈筒状,接头放置不稳定,不利于接头有效定位,致使接头偏位,偏位状态下焊接连接的接头, 其焊接强度低,空调储液器存在泄漏安全隐患,严重的情况是将导致产品无法安装,造成报废。 
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的是提供一种CO2气体保护焊焊接筒形壳体与接头的改进结构,通过对器体的焊接孔、接头的结构改进,使接头定位放置可靠,从而提高焊接质量。 
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案: 
CO2气体保护焊焊接筒形壳体与接头的改进结构,包括器体和带有凸肩的接头,所述器体具有焊接孔,接头与器体的焊接孔配合设置,且接头的凸肩搁置于器体外壁上,其改进点在于:在所述焊接孔外口缘具有形成于器体外壁的环形凹台,所述接头的凸肩其底面为平面结构,凸肩的底面抵靠于此环形凹台上,且凸肩与此环形凹台焊接在一起。 
上述接头为进出口接头。 
上述接头是安全阀接头。 
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有的优点是: 
由于器体在冲制焊接孔时还加工有环形凹台,以供接头的凸肩底面抵靠,如此有利于接头定位放置,此环形凹台成为接头放置时的一个靠挡,因此,接头放置角度得到保证。当凸肩与此环形凹台焊接在一起后,提高了焊接质量稳定性和焊接效率,避免报废产品的产生。 
另外,亦可适当降低对接头、器体的焊接孔的加工精度要求。

请参阅图1~图2所示,是本实用新型的较佳实施例。 
CO2气体保护焊焊接筒形壳体与接头的改进结构,包括器体1和带有凸肩20的接头2,所述器体1具有焊接孔10,接头2与焊接孔10配合设置,且接头2的凸肩20搁置于器体1外壁上,在所述焊接孔10外口缘具有形成于器体1外壁的环形凹台11,所述接头2的凸肩20其底面200为平面结构,凸肩20抵靠于此环形凹台11上,且凸肩20与此环形凹台11焊接在一起。 
上述接头为进出口接头。 
上述接头还可以是安全阀接头3。 
另外,需要焊接的接头亦可以是视液镜部件接头。 
具体实施时,按工艺要求先在器体1的适当位置冲制带有环形凹台11的焊接孔10,并对环形凹台11表面进行整平,再将需要焊接的接头2放入焊接孔10中,焊接时用气缸顶住接头2,以使台肩20的底面200与环形凹台11充分抵触情况下,将接头2进行自动CO2焊焊接。 
自动CO2焊焊接方式对焊接人员要求较低,并且自动进行焊接,提高了焊接的稳定性,避免了焊接不良的发生。 
氩弧焊焊接一个接头焊接时间约为:120S左右;而采用自动CO2焊接焊接时间约为:30S左右。 
本实用新型构思还适用于将接头与气液分离器、过滤器、消音器或油分离器等筒形产品进行焊接。

1.一种CO2气体保护焊焊接筒形壳体与接头的改进结构,包括器体和带有凸肩的接头,所述器体具有焊接孔,接头与器体的焊接孔配合设置,且接头的凸肩搁置于器体外壁上,其特征在于:在所述焊接孔外口缘具有形成于器体外壁的环形凹台,所述接头的凸肩其底面为平面结构,凸肩的底面抵靠于此环形凹台上,且凸肩与此环形凹台焊接在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的CO2气体保护焊焊接筒形壳体与接头的改进结构,其特征在于:所述接头为进出口接头。
3.根据权利要求1所述的CO2气体保护焊焊接筒形壳体与接头的改进结构,其特征在于:所述接头是安全阀接头。
