Abstract

To provide a welding structure and a welding method of an aluminum accumulator, in which defective welds can be reduced and the refrigerating machine oil can smoothly flow, and to provide a heat exchanger. An aluminum accumulator welding structure comprises an aluminum pipe 4 possessing a beading part 3, an aluminum accumulator 5 and a stainless steel sleeve 8. The stainless steel sleeve is inserted at an end of the aluminum pipe 4 so that an end face of the stainless steel sleeve 8 is matched with an end face of the aluminum pipe 4. The aluminum pipe 4 is inserted into the aluminum accumulator 5 to the beading part 3, and the aluminum pipe 4, the aluminum accumulator 5 and the stainless steel sleeve 8 are welded to each other at an overlapping joint part 12 to reduce defective welds, and the refrigerating machine oil is passed smoothly.
