技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种排出粘接剂的喷嘴,以及包括该喷嘴的布粘接装置。
背景技术
布粘接装置将加热后的液态的粘接剂从喷嘴排出。粘接剂附着在布上。操作员在附着有粘接剂的布上重叠欲粘接的布。布粘接装置将两方的布压紧并粘接,从而使缝制时出现在布表面上的缝线的凹凸消除。
例如日本专利特许公开2010年第222140号公报所记载的布粘接装置包括绕挂于两个皮带轮的皮带。一方的皮带轮设置于喷嘴下方附近。另一方的皮带轮相对于喷嘴设置于布的移送方向下游侧。布配置于皮带上。在电动机的驱动下,皮带轮旋转。随着皮带轮的旋转,皮带移送配置于其上表面的布。通过移送布,布粘接装置能够使粘接剂附着于布上,并使布与布粘接。在该布粘接装置移送布而在布上附着粘接剂时,布有时会产生高低起伏。此时,在喷嘴下端部的布的移送方向下游侧的端部上可能会附着从布超出的粘接剂。当布粘接装置停止移送布时,附着于该端部的粘接剂可能会附着于喷嘴下方的布上。因此,存在附着于布上的粘接剂的量在喷嘴下方的部分与其他部分不均匀的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种喷嘴以及包括该喷嘴的布粘接装置,该喷嘴能够防止粘接剂附着于喷嘴下端部的布的移送方向下游侧的端部。
技术方案1的喷嘴安装于布粘接装置,该布粘接装置包括:移送部,该移送部沿着布的移送方向移送布;喷嘴,该喷嘴具有向所述布排出粘接剂的排出口,并向与所述移送方向交叉的方向延伸;以及支承部,该支承部具有将所述粘接剂引导到所述喷嘴的流路,且所述支承部的前端部以所述移送方向与所述喷嘴的长边方向交叉的方式支承所述喷嘴,所述喷嘴在比所述排出口靠所述移送方向下游侧的部分具有缺口部,该缺口部是沿着所述喷嘴的长边方向切掉的部分。因此,喷嘴能防止粘接剂附着于喷嘴下端部的布的移送方向下游侧的端部。
在技术方案2的喷嘴中,所述缺口部具有壁面和平面,该壁面向与所述喷嘴的长边方向和所述移送方向分别正交的方向延伸,所述平面与所述壁面正交。因此,即使在布上产生高低起伏,喷嘴也能防止粘接剂从布附着到缺口部的平面上。
在技术方案3、4的喷嘴中,所述缺口部设置于从所述排出口离开预先规定的间隔的位置上。因此,喷嘴能防止粘接剂附着于喷嘴下端部的布的移送方向下游侧的端部,并具有充足的强度。
技术方案5至8的喷嘴的比所述排出口靠所述移送方向上游侧的端部呈圆弧状。因此,喷嘴能防止在移送布时,布卡在移送方向上游侧的端部。
技术方案9至16的喷嘴在所述缺口部与所述移送方向下游侧的端部之间设有斜面。因此,喷嘴能防止在移送布时,布卡在移送方向下游侧的端部。
技术方案17的喷嘴在与所述缺口部相反一侧的平面和所述移送方向下游侧的端部之间设有斜面。因此,跟在与缺口部相反一侧的平面和移送方向下游侧的端部之间不设置斜面时相比,能使喷嘴小型化。
技术方案18、19的布粘接装置包括技术方案1至17中任一项所述的喷嘴、移送部、支承部。该布粘接装置能起与技术方案1至17中任一个喷嘴相同的作用效果。

具体实施方式
参照附图对本实用新型的实施方式进行说明。图1的纸面上侧、下侧、右上、左下、右下、左上分别是布粘接装置1的上侧、下侧、右侧、左侧、前侧、后侧。如图1所示,布粘接装置1包括粘接机2、控制箱3、操作面板210。粘接机2将粘接剂排出在相对配置的两层布之间,压紧并移送布。两层布通过粘接机2的上述动作而粘接。
粘接机2固定于工作台220的上侧。工作台220在粘接机2的右侧包括操作面板210。操作员利用操作面板210设定粘接机2的各种动作。工作台220在其下方包括用于调节布的移送速度的踏板208。控制箱3设置于踏板208的上方且工作台220的背面。控制箱3将控制布粘接装置1整体的控制基板予以收纳。粘接机2包括基座部11、立柱部12、机臂部13。基座部11呈大致长方体状,并在其上表面包括底座部14。立柱部12从基座部11右端向上方延伸。机臂部13与立柱部12上端连接,并向立柱部12左侧面的左方突出。机臂部13的左端部支承贮存室18、泵壳体15、滚筒保持部20。贮存室18在其内部贮存粘接剂。泵壳体15容纳齿轮泵(未图示)。保持部8与泵壳体15连接,并在其下端部包括喷嘴单元7。喷嘴单元7在其下端部包括喷嘴17(其详细内容将在后面说明)。齿轮泵将贮存室18内的粘接剂向喷嘴17供给。滚筒保持部20以能够使圆柱状的滚筒22(参照图2)旋转的方式支承滚筒22。滚筒22位于喷嘴17后方附近。
下面参照图2对下移送部38的结构进行说明。下移送部38包括第一皮带轮25、第二皮带轮28、第三皮带轮29、支承臂160、皮带27、弹簧166。第一皮带轮25位于滚筒22的下方。第二皮带轮28位于第一皮带轮25的前方且位于喷嘴17的前斜下方。第三皮带轮29位于第二皮带轮28的前斜下方。支承臂160的上部以能够使第一皮带轮25、第二皮带轮28、第三皮带轮29旋转的方式支承第一皮带轮25、第二皮带轮28、第三皮带轮29。皮带27绕挂于第一皮带轮25、第二皮带轮28、第三皮带轮29上。随着电动机(未图示)的驱动,第一皮带轮25旋转,从而皮带27也旋转。底座部14具有孔部(未图示),该孔部从滚筒22的下方部分设置到喷嘴17的下方部分。皮带27的一部分略微从孔部向底座部14的上方突出。皮带27沿着从粘接机2的前方朝向后方的方向(移送方向)移送布。
支承臂160具有向下方延伸的臂部162。臂部162在上下方向大致中央部分具有弹簧安装部165。设置于基座部11内部的构架40具有弹簧安装部42。弹簧166的一端与弹簧安装部165连接,另一端与弹簧安装部42连接。弹簧166始终以转轴141为中心绕图2的顺时针方向对支承臂160施力。即,弹簧166将皮带27向喷嘴17方向施力。转轴141是第一皮带轮25的转轴。
在布粘接装置1粘接两层布(上布、下布)时,皮带27和喷嘴17在图2表示的位置上夹持下布。喷嘴17对位于喷嘴17下方的下布排出粘接剂。上布配置于喷嘴17上。滚筒22和皮带27一边按压上布和下布,一边移送上布和下布。
下面参照图2~图7,对喷嘴单元7的结构进行说明。图5~图7中的箭头A表示布的移送方向。喷嘴单元7具有安装部172、支承部171、喷嘴17。如图2所示,呈平板状的安装部172将喷嘴单元7的上部固定于保持部8。如图4所示,安装部172包括流路173、螺钉孔174、175。流路173在安装部172的中央部分开口,并延伸到支承部171内。齿轮泵通过泵壳体15和保持部8内的流路从贮存室18所供给的粘接剂流入到流路173。螺钉孔174、175隔着流路173设置在对角线上。通过用螺钉固定螺钉孔174、175,喷嘴单元7的上部固定于保持部8。支承部171从安装部172的一端侧(图3中的右侧)向下方延伸。
喷嘴17是其底面呈扁平的杆状构件,并从支承部171的下端向右方延伸。喷嘴17在其内部具有用于流动粘接剂的流路189(参照图7)。流路173与流路189连接。如图5所示,喷嘴17底面具有多个排出口178,该排出口178排出粘接剂。多个排出口178沿着喷嘴17的长边方向排成一列,并与底座部14相对。喷嘴17长边方向的两端部包括螺钉176、177。螺钉176、177塞住流路189的两端部。如图5~图7所示,喷嘴17在比排出口178靠布的移送方向下游侧的部分具有缺口部180,该缺口部180是沿着喷嘴17的长边方向切掉的部分。缺口部180在从排出口178向布的移送方向下游侧离开预先规定的间隔的位置上设置。
喷嘴17在缺口部180与后端188之间具有斜面182。喷嘴17在比排出口178靠布的移送方向上游侧的部分具有呈圆弧状的前端部181。喷嘴17的上表面186是与缺口部180相反一侧的平面。喷嘴17在上表面186与后端188之间具有斜面187。喷嘴17向位于喷嘴17下方的下布排出粘接剂。
如图7所示,缺口部180具有平面183和壁面184。壁面184从喷嘴17的底面向上方延伸。即,壁面184向与喷嘴17的长边方向和布的移送方向分别正交的方向延伸。平面183从壁面184的上端向后方延伸。即,平面183与壁面184正交。壁面184在从排出口178向布的移送方向下游侧离开预先规定的间隔的位置上设置。即,喷嘴17在排出口178与缺口部180之间具有与该间隔对应厚度的壁部185。该间隔根据壁部185的强度确定即可。例如是排出口178的直径为0.5mm时,壁部185的厚度为0.5mm。缺口部180的壁面184高度例如为0.5mm。即,在排出口178与布抵接时,缺口部180下方的布与平面183的间隔为0.5mm。壁面184的高度不局限于0.5mm,只要是能够使平面183上不附着粘接剂且能够确保壁部185强度的高度即可。
如上所述,布粘接装置1在喷嘴17底面的布的移送方向下游侧上具有缺口部180。因此,布粘接装置1即使从排出口178向布涂抹粘接剂,也能防止在喷嘴17底面的布的移送方向下游侧上附着粘接剂。由于在喷嘴17底面的布的移送方向下游侧上不会附着粘接剂,因此布粘接装置1即使停止移送布,也能防止粘接剂附着于布上。缺口部180(具体而言,是壁面184)在从排出口178向布的移送方向下游侧离开预先规定的间隔的位置上设置。因此,即使喷嘴17设置有缺口部180,排出口178也不容易缺损。
在上述实施方式中,下移送部38相当于移送部。喷嘴17相当于喷嘴。支承部171相当于支承部。缺口部180相当于缺口部。排出口178相当于排出口。流路173相当于流路。平面183相当于平面。壁面184相当于壁面。
上述实施方式能进行各种变更。缺口部180的大小可以根据欲粘接的布的厚度、性质而改变。由于喷嘴17只要向与布的移送方向交叉的方向延伸即可,因此喷嘴17也可以向左方延伸。喷嘴17只要至少具有一个排出口即可。喷嘴17的形状并不局限于实施方式中举例子的形状,喷嘴17例如也可以是相对于排出口178在布的移送方向下游侧上设置缺口部的圆柱形状、椭圆柱形状等。缺口部180无需由相正交的平面即平面183和壁面184形成。缺口部180例如也可以是以具有圆弧状剖面的方式切掉的部分。

Claims (19)

1.一种喷嘴,该喷嘴安装于布粘接装置(1),该布粘接装置包括:移送部(38),该移送部沿着布的移送方向移送布;喷嘴(17),该喷嘴具有向所述布排出粘接剂的排出口,并向与所述移送方向交叉的方向延伸;以及支承部(171),该支承部具有将所述粘接剂引导到所述喷嘴的流路,且所述支承部的前端部以所述移送方向与所述喷嘴的长边方向交叉的方式支承所述喷嘴,其特征在于,
所述喷嘴在比所述排出口靠所述移送方向下游侧的部分具有缺口部(180),该缺口部是沿着所述喷嘴的长边方向切掉的部分。
2.如权利要求1所述的喷嘴,其特征在于,
所述缺口部具有壁面(184)和平面(183),该壁面向与所述喷嘴的长边方向和所述移送方向分别正交的方向延伸,所述平面与所述壁面正交。
3.如权利要求1所述的喷嘴,其特征在于,所述缺口部设置于从所述排出口离开预先规定的间隔的位置上。
4.如权利要求2所述的喷嘴,其特征在于,所述壁面设置于从所述排出口离开预先规定的间隔的位置上。
5.如权利要求1所述的喷嘴,其特征在于,所述喷嘴的比所述排出口靠所述移送方向上游侧的端部(181)呈圆弧状。
6.如权利要求2所述的喷嘴,其特征在于,所述喷嘴的比所述排出口靠所述移送方向上游侧的端部呈圆弧状。
7.如权利要求3所述的喷嘴,其特征在于,所述喷嘴的比所述排出口靠所述移送方向上游侧的端部呈圆弧状。
8.如权利要求4所述的喷嘴,其特征在于,所述喷嘴的比所述排出口靠所述移送方向上游侧的端部呈圆弧状。
9.如权利要求1所述的喷嘴,其特征在于,在所述缺口部与所述移送方向下游侧的端部(188)之间设有斜面(182)。
10.如权利要求2所述的喷嘴,其特征在于,在所述缺口部与所述移送方向下游侧的端部之间设有斜面。
11.如权利要求3所述的喷嘴,其特征在于,在所述缺口部与所述移送方向下游侧的端部之间设有斜面。
12.如权利要求4所述的喷嘴,其特征在于,在所述缺口部与所述移送方向下游侧的端部之间设有斜面。
13.如权利要求5所述的喷嘴,其特征在于,在所述缺口部与所述移送方向下游侧的端部之间设有斜面。
14.如权利要求6所述的喷嘴,其特征在于,在所述缺口部与所述移送方向下游侧的端部之间设有斜面。
15.如权利要求7所述的喷嘴,其特征在于,在所述缺口部与所述移送方向下游侧的端部之间设有斜面。
16.如权利要求8所述的喷嘴,其特征在于,在所述缺口部与所述移送方向下游侧的端部之间设有斜面。
17.如权利要求1至16中任一项所述的喷嘴,其特征在于,在与所述缺口部相反一侧的平面(186)和所述移送方向下游侧的端部(188)之间设有斜面(187)。
18.一种布粘接装置,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至16中任一项所述的喷嘴、移送部、支承部。
19.一种布粘接装置,其特征在于,包括权利要求17所述的喷嘴、移送部、支承部。
