Abstract
一种喷墨装置,适用于纳米级环保型喷墨油墨。该喷墨装置设置于低粘度的喷绘机上以供应用于基材,该喷墨装置包含油墨、喷墨单元、压电单元与控墨单元。其中,该油墨是由纳米级的多个墨粒子所组成的油墨,且这些墨粒子是分别地由多种色粉所组成的墨粒子,而这些色粉的组合可形成高穿透与广色域的这些墨粒子,而该喷墨单元用于容置该油墨,又通过该压电单元与该控墨单元,使得油墨藉由该喷墨动作脱离该喷墨单元形成高分辨率的墨滴。故藉由本实用新型的喷墨装置可用以达到提供高穿透性、广色域、干燥快、环保、低墨晕与高分辨率等功效。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种喷墨装置,特别是适用于纳米级环保型喷墨油墨的一种喷墨装置。
背景技术
现有习知技术中,喷墨油墨按照其组成成分的不同大致可分为水性油墨、溶剂型油墨和紫外光固化喷墨油墨。其中,水性油墨的主要特点是低成本、无污染或色彩鲜艳,但因为其主要组分的水,其挥发速度较慢,故其较不易干燥和被介质吸收,其主要应用于纸张以及各种纤维类(布)为底材、有涂层的基材上。
再者,水性油墨因为耐候性差而主要应用在室内,而在室外应用的领域一般而言都采用溶剂型油墨。溶剂型油墨的主要组分是有机溶剂(例如酯和酮类的溶剂),而在与基材结合的过程中,首先针对基材进行溶胀、融合,将油墨中的着色剂和底材紧密结合,所以溶剂型油墨不要求介质覆有涂层,且其挥发速度快,能够满足高速打印的要求。但溶剂型油墨最大的问题就是不环保,因为油墨中可挥发有机物含量高,从长远来看将会逐渐受到诸多限制。
此外,上述这些油墨可藉由喷墨装置输出,在传统上,该喷墨装置的喷墨技术可包含热泡式(Thermal Bubble)喷墨及压电式(Piezoelectric)喷墨两种。其中,热泡式喷墨技术是让油墨通过细喷嘴,在加热电阻的作用下,将喷头管道中的一部分墨汁气化形成气泡,并将喷嘴处的油墨输出至物体表面上以形成图案或字符;以及,压电式喷墨技术是将许多小的压电陶瓷放置到喷墨装置的打印头喷嘴附近,并利用它在电压作用下会发生形变的原理,适时地把电压加到它的上面,使得压电陶瓷随之产生伸缩使喷嘴中的墨汁喷出,在物体表面上形成图案或字符。然而,上述的喷墨技术仍存在许多缺点,且其主要的原因来自于容置于其内的油墨,例如采用喷墨技术有可能因为该油 墨特性不良造成打印头喷嘴阻塞,亦或者需要耗费油墨用以冲洗打印头喷嘴以免堵塞,但以油墨冲洗打印头喷嘴极不符合经济效益。
故有需要提供一种可用以解决现有习知技术缺失的一种具有特殊油墨成分的喷墨装置。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种纳米级环保型喷墨油墨的喷墨装置,藉由具有纳米级墨粒子的多种色粉所组成的油墨,用以达成高穿透性、广色域色彩与快速干燥的目的。
本实用新型的另一目的是藉由前述的喷墨装置,其藉由喷墨单元、压电单元与控墨单元,使得该油墨藉由该喷墨动作脱离该喷墨单元用以达到形成高分辨率的纳米级的墨滴的目的。
本实用新型的又一目的是藉由上述的喷墨装置,其将该油墨喷涂于硬质基材上,且该油墨可在不需要藉由更改该基材底涂或改质的情况下,仍可达到直接地涂布于该基材上的目的。
本实用新型的再一目的是藉由上述的喷墨装置,使该油墨可提供低表面张力于该基材上,用以达到油墨平坦化的目的。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型提供一种纳米级环保型喷墨油墨的喷墨装置,设置于低粘度的喷绘机上以供应用于基材,该喷墨装置包含油墨、喷墨单元、压电单元与控墨单元。其中,该油墨是具有多个墨粒子的油墨,且这些墨粒子是分别地由多种色粉所组成的墨粒子,其中这些色粉形成高穿透与广色域的这些墨粒子;该喷墨单元具有输出该油墨至该基材的喷嘴与容置该油墨的容置空间;该压电单元与该喷墨单元连结,且该压电单元的一端对应该喷嘴设置;以及该控墨单元与该压电单元电连接,且该控墨单元选择性藉由控制该压电单元,提供该压电单元形成拉(pull)-推(push)-拉(pull)的喷墨动作,以使该容置空间内的该油墨藉由该喷墨动作脱离该喷墨单元形成高分辨率的纳米级的墨滴。
前述的喷墨装置,其中该喷嘴是微针点状的喷嘴。
前述的喷墨装置,其中这些色粉是红色色粉、黄色色粉、蓝色色粉、黑 色色粉与绿色色粉中的至少一种的色粉。
前述的喷墨装置,其中该红色色粉是克劳莫夫塔尔红、依尔加净DPP红BO和山道林大红4RF中的至少一种。
前述的喷墨装置,其中该黄色色粉是苯并咪唑酮黄H2G、异吲哚啉黄139与颜料黄150中的至少一种。
前述的喷墨装置,其中该蓝色色粉是酞菁蓝。
前述的喷墨装置,其中该黑色色粉是色号为BK-7的黑色色粉。
前述的喷墨装置,其中该绿色色粉是酞菁绿和氯澳酞菁绿中的至少一种。

与现有习知技术相较,本实用新型提供一种纳米级环保型喷墨油墨的喷墨装置,其藉由具有特定色号的色粉间的相互组合而形成的油墨,用以供该喷墨装置所产生的墨滴具有广色域、低晕墨、干燥快与高穿透性等特性。其中,这些色粉至少包含红色(R)、黄色(Y)、蓝色(B)、黑色(K)与绿色(G)的色粉。此外,该油墨可于附着于基材时提供低表面张力以使得该油墨可平坦地设置于该基材上,且该基材可为硬质基材。再者,该喷墨装置可将上述的油墨通过压电单元与控墨单元,产生高精确与高分辨率(高达1440dpi)的纳米级(小于300nm)墨滴。故藉由本实用新型可用以达到高穿透性、广色域、干燥快、低墨晕、高分辨率等功效。

参考图1,是本实用新型实施例的纳米级环保型喷墨油墨的喷墨装置的示意图。在该图中,纳米级环保型喷墨油墨的喷墨装置2设置于低粘度的喷绘机4上以供应用于基材6。其中,该基材6为丙烯酸酯类(压克力)、塑材、玻璃、金属或磁砖的硬质材料。在另一实施例中,该基材6的材料是包含聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(Polyvinyl butyral,PVB)、聚氯乙烯(Polyvinyl Chloride,PVC)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(Polyethylene terephthalate,PET)、丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene,ABS)与聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate,PC)所组成的硬质材料。
再者,该纳米级环保型喷墨油墨的喷墨装置2包含油墨8、喷墨单元10、压电单元12与控墨单元14。该油墨8具有多个墨粒子82,且这些墨粒子82 分别地由多种色粉所组成,其中这些色粉形成高穿透与广色域的这些墨粒子82。此外,这些色粉具有红色(R)色粉、黄色(Y)色粉、蓝色(B)色粉、黑色(K)色粉与绿色(G)色粉中的至少一种,且这些色粉亦可称为RYBKG色粉。且于另一实施例中,该红色(R)色粉是可选择为克劳莫夫塔尔红(Cromophtal RedA3B,R-177)、依尔加净DPP红BO(Irgazin DPP Red BO,R-254)与山道林大红4RF(Sandorin Scarlet 4RF,R-242)中的至少一种;该黄色(Y)色粉是苯并咪唑酮黄H2G(Benzimidazolone Yellow H2G,Y-120)、异吲哚啉黄139(Isoindoline Yellow 139,Y-139)与颜料黄150(Pigment Yellow 150,Y-150)、中的至少一种;该蓝色(B)色粉是酞菁蓝(ε-晶型,Phthalo Blue,B 15:6);该黑色(K)色粉是色号为BK-7的黑色色粉;以及,该绿色(G)色粉是酞菁绿(Phthalo Green,G-7)、氯澳酞菁绿(Phthalo Green Cl,Br,G-36)中的至少一种。该油墨8藉由上述各色粉的各色号相互间的组合,可产生如图2中的广色域色彩,藉由本实用新型的油墨的组合使得可呈现丰富的色产变化,在图2中,相较现有习知油墨由CMYK(印刷四分色)所组成的色域图,本实用新型的油墨组合是由RYBKG所组成的广色域图。值得注意的是,各该色粉具有基础的物性,举例如下:
该喷墨单元10具有喷嘴102与容置空间104,该容置空间104用于容置该油墨8,且该油墨8通过该喷嘴102输出至该基材6。该压电单元12与该喷墨单元10连结,且该压电单元12的一端对应该喷嘴102设置,而该压电单元12利用石英晶体(图未示)的导电性,当在该石英晶体通电后,使得该石英晶体对应导通后的电流产生固定的振荡频率,迫使位于该容置空间104中的该油墨8藉由该石英晶体的作动,而将该油墨8自该喷嘴102喷出以形成墨滴,其类似汽车引擎活塞的动力推挤。
该控墨单元14与该压电单元12电连接,且该控墨单元14选择性藉由控制该压电单元12,提供该压电单元12形成拉(pull)-推(push)-拉(pull)的喷墨动作,以使该容置空间104内的该油墨8藉由该喷墨动作脱离该喷墨单元10以形成高分辨率的纳米级的墨滴。其中,该纳米级墨滴的尺寸小于300纳米,且于另一实施例中,该纳米级墨滴的尺寸可介于50纳米至100纳米之间。值得注意的是,藉由该控墨单元14所产生的该喷墨动作可使得该压电单元12产生的墨滴的大小一致且可减少受到惯性的影响。换言之,喷出该油墨8之前,该油墨8会先经过收放的动作再通过该喷嘴102输出,使其输出的墨滴拥有更好的聚合力(例如产生更圆的墨滴)。此外,该喷墨动作亦能让喷出油墨8的力量更集中与准确输出。
与现有习知技术相较,本实用新型提供一种纳米级环保型喷墨油墨的喷墨装置,其藉由具有特定色号的色粉间的相互组合而形成的油墨,用以供该喷墨装置所产生的墨滴具有广色域、低晕墨与高穿透性等特性。其中,这些色粉是至少包含红色(R)、黄色(Y)、蓝色(B)、黑色(K)与绿色(G)的色粉。此外,该油墨可于附着于基材时提供低表面张力以使得该油墨可平坦地设置于该基材上,且该基材可为硬性基材。再者,该喷墨装置可将上述的油墨通过压电单元与控墨单元,产生高精确与高分辨率(高达1440dpi)的纳米级(小于300nm)墨滴。故藉由本实用新型可用以达到高穿透性、广色域、干燥快、低墨晕、高分辨率等功效。利用上表中各色粉的基础物性中所分别具有的特性,将使得组合这些色粉的该油墨8,可达到表面张力范围介于22至24牛顿/米之间。
本实用新型在上文中已以较佳实施例揭露,然本领域技术人员应理解的是,该实施例仅用于描绘本实用新型,而不应解读为限制本实用新型的范围。应注意的是,举凡与该实施例等效的变化与置换,均应设为涵盖于本实用新型的范畴内。因此,本实用新型的保护范围当以权利要求书为准。
Claims (5)
1.一种喷墨装置,其特征在于,其设置于低粘度的喷绘机上以供应用于基材,其包含:
具有多个墨粒子的油墨;
喷墨单元,具有输出该油墨至该基材的喷嘴,与容置该油墨的容置空间;
压电单元,是与该喷墨单元连结,且该压电单元的一端对应该喷嘴设置;以及
控墨单元,与该压电单元电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的喷墨装置,其特征在于,其中该喷嘴是微针点状的喷嘴。
3.根据权利要求1所述的喷墨装置,其特征在于,其中所述这些墨粒子是尺寸小于300纳米的墨粒子。
4.根据权利要求3所述的喷墨装置,其特征在于,其中所述这些墨粒子是尺寸介于50纳米至100纳米之间的墨粒子。
5.根据权利要求1所述的喷墨装置,其特征在于,其中该基材为选自压克力、塑材、玻璃、金属或磁砖的硬质材料的基材。
