人的手掌上分布着许多的穴位，通过对手指的运动，可以起到强身健体之功效，高血压、中风及老年性痴呆等患者平时更应该多活动活动手指。目前市场年的健身球、握力器等均能起到活动手指的目的，功效各异。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种使用方便、保健功能强的手指锻炼手套。
本实用新型的手指锻炼手套，包括套体，其特点是，套体的掌部设有一环圈，环圈上装有钩环，套体的各手指部上均固定有指环，指环上安装有挂环，两端带钩的弹簧分别挂置在环圈的钩环和指环的挂环上。
