便携式手功能训练装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种应用在医疗器械中的手功能训练的装置,尤其涉及一种便携式手功能训练装置。
背景技术
脑瘫、脑损伤、脊髓损伤、肌肉萎缩、外周神经损伤、神经功能障碍、帕金森综合症(PD) 、多发性硬化病(MS) 、复杂性区域疼痛综合征、发育性运动协调障碍、手术后手部功能恢复、整形术后的手部功能恢复,体征平稳,手部肌力在二级以上的患者,越早介入,效果越好,尤其对于脑部疾病患者,早期的主动训练,不断刺激感觉运动皮质、皮质下核团、小脑等处,唤醒有反应的运动神经细胞,避免发病早期仍有残存功能的大脑细胞凋亡;同时提供多种游戏趣味性训练,通过视觉和力觉的交互,为患者提供暗示和帮助,提升患者的主动运动意识,在短时间内诱发运动,缩短康复疗程,提高康复疗效。然而目前手功能训练设备以大设备形式及只能实现训练,并没对患处实时检测与评估,不方便携带,针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明便携式手功能训练装置实现患处实时检测与评估以及便携式手功能训练。
发明内容
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明一种便携式手功能训练装置,包括有手套、金属挂件、环扣、扣环、弹力绳子、导管、导管支架。
显示Logo,设备启动过程中,将会播放一段公司的Logo动画,此过程中完成设备第一次开启所需的数据调整和创建工作。
检测串口,在显示Logo的过程当中,同时也在检测计算机的所有串口号,匹配出产品的设备串口号。
登入后,即可在后面的评估和训练过程中保存治疗数据到针对性患者数据库表中,这样方便了医生对号入座的查看病人的康复情况。
评估界面,用于评估患者手的可活动范围和腕的可旋转弯曲范围,从而控制后续的训练不会超出患者所不能承受的范围。
其中,数据采样是通过肌电电极片,手套上方配有导管支架及金属挂件。
进一步地,金属挂件与手套粘贴一起,其中,金属挂件上方配有环孔。
进一步地,导管支架上方有两排固定件,分别有4个导管穿过两排固定件,5个导管位置与手指位置对应。
进一步地,弹力绳一段与导管支架相连,弹力绳另外一段配有扣环,其中,扣环可与环扣相连。
设置界面,用于设置为训练提供的游戏的参数,包括训练时间,游戏难易度等。
训练界面,该界面提供了大量的不同模式的游戏供患者训练,患者可根据自己的康复状态选择不同模式的游戏进行康复训练。
数据界面,该界面用于医生和患者查看评估数据或者训练数据的,让医生和患者可以实时的了解患者现在的康复状况。
本发明有益效果是:
本发明便携式手功能训练装置实现患处实时检测与评估以及便携式手功能训练。
其创新点有:
1. 根据患者情况进行实时的收集肌电信号、评估,并进行实效的手功能训练;
2.动态智能控制,实现互动式反馈运行;
3.便携式装置,安装、携带便利。

具体实施方式
下面,结合附图以及具体实施方式,对本发明做进一步描述:
请参阅图1,本发明一种便携式手功能训练装置,包括有手套、金属挂件、环扣、扣环、弹力绳子、导管、导管支架,实现患处实时检测与评估以及便携式手功能训练。
启动便携式手功能训练装置,首先显示Logo,同时检测串口,建立帐户登陆,进行手功能评估,检测手的可活动范围和腕的可旋转弯曲范。
通过表面肌电电极片,获取手指及手腕肌力情况,通过表格形式体现,并根据肌力大小设定训练的游戏及训练时间、训练左右手、单人训练或者多人训练。
便携式手功能训练装置手套1手指位置上方置有金属挂件2,手套手背位置上有导管支架7;金属挂件2与导管支架7分别与手套1粘贴在一起。
其中,金属挂件2上有环孔3。
其中,弹力绳5一端与扣环4相连,弹力绳5穿过导管6另一端与导管支架7相连。
进一步地,扣环4与环扣3可联扣一起。

1.便携式手功能训练装置, 包括有手套、弹力绳、导管支架,其特征是,手套配有导管支架,弹力绳一端与手套相连,弹力绳另外一端与手套相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便携式手功能训练装置,其特征是,所述的包括有手套、金属挂件、环扣、扣环、弹力绳子、导管、导管支架。
3.根据权利要求1-2所述的便携式手功能训练装置,其特征是,所述的数据采样是通过肌电电极片。
4.根据权利要求2所述的便携式手功能训练装置,其特征是,所述的手套上方配有导管支架及金属挂件。
5.根据权利要求4所述的便携式手功能训练装置,其特征是,所述的金属挂件与手套粘贴一起。
6.根据权利要求5所述的便携式手功能训练装置,其特征是,所述的金属挂件上方配有环孔。
7.根据权利要求4所述的便携式手功能训练装置,其特征是,所述的导管支架上方有两排固定件,分别有5个导管穿过两排固定件,5个导管位置与手指位置对应。
8.根据权利要求2所述的便携式手功能训练装置,其特征是,所述的弹力绳一端与导管支架相连,弹力绳另外一段配有扣环。
9.根据权利要求2所述的便携式手功能训练装置,其特征是,所述的扣环可与环扣相连。
