一种拉伸健身器，其由固定板、手拉环、脚拉环和弹簧组成；所述弹簧有四个，所述弹簧的一端固定在所述固定板上，所述手拉环与所述弹簧相连，所述脚拉环与所述弹簧相连；其中两个手拉环位于所述固定板的一端，其中两个脚拉环位于所述固定板的另一端。

如图1所示，本实用新型由固定板1、手拉环2、脚拉环3和弹簧4组成；弹簧4有四个，弹簧4的一端固定在固定板1的两端，手拉环2与弹簧4相连，脚拉环3与弹簧4相连；两个手拉环2位于固定板1的一端，两个脚拉环3位于固定板1的一端。
本实用新型是这样使用的：将脚拉环套在两只脚上，然后用手握住两个手拉环尽力拉。
