一种健身手套，包括底板、护板、弹力装置和指环，所述的护板为半圆弧状，底板前部两侧与护板前部两侧连接，底板后部两侧通过弹力系带与护板后部连接，底板前端设有弹力装置，弹力装置通过弹力绳与若干指环连接。
优选地，所述的底板上设有若干通孔。
优选地，所述的底板表面涂覆有散热涂料层。
优选地，所述的弹力装置两侧分别与一个指环连接，弹力装置前侧分别与4个指环连接。
