Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种改进的塑料圆织机，即无油润滑棕杆式塑料圆织机。它包括两个上下移动的棕杆，棕杆带有导向套，棕杆通过摇臂与凸轮连接，摇臂通过胶轮与凸轮连接。棕杆的两个导向套放置在摇臂作用点同侧上顶板处。利用两个胶轮代替原滑块，采用双曲线凸轮，凸轮机为突起轨道，棕杆两个导向套放置在摇臂作用点同侧，减少了棕杆长度和重量，凸轮无油润滑，与其同类无油润滑凸轮相比，其它凸轮均为单曲线凸轮，采用棕带式结构，而棕带式的维修费用较高。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种改进的塑料圆织机，即无油润滑棕杆式塑料圆织机。
背景技术
在现有技术中，目前国内外棕杆式塑料圆织机主要分为两种形式：一种是大凸轮棕杆式园织机，棕杆与滑块连结为一体，凸轮在密封的空间内运转，采用油浴润滑方式对滑块润滑以减少对滑块的磨损。在凸轮槽的作用下实现棕杆上下往复直线运动（见图1），完成经纬编织的过程。主要缺点是用油量比较大，易出现主机漏油现象。另一种为小凸轮摇臂式塑料圆织机，棕杆与装有滑块的摇臂与滑块间接相连，对凸轮的润滑采用油泵喷淋的方式，使滑块始终处于有油润滑状态，半封闭式。棕杆摇臂作用点两端的导向套，以实现棕杆上下往复直线运动（见图2），其缺点是润滑油易进粉尘，降低润滑有的使用周期。以上两种形式有一个共同特点是凸轮必须在不能缺油的状态下运行，维修工作条件差，出现漏油现象后，造成生产环境不佳，并且要定期更换润滑油，增加生产成本。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述不足而提供一种结构合理、简单，无油润滑的无油润滑棕杆式塑料圆织机。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：无油润滑棕杆式塑料圆织机包括两个上下移动的棕杆，棕杆带有导向套，棕杆通过摇臂与凸轮连接，摇臂通过胶轮与凸轮连接。棕杆的两个导向套放置在摇臂作用点同侧上顶板处。
本实用新型的优点是：利用两个胶轮代替原滑块，采用双曲线凸轮，凸轮机为突起轨道，棕杆两个导向套放置在摇臂作用点同侧，减少了棕杆长度和重量，凸轮无油润滑，与其同类无油润滑凸轮相比，其它凸轮均为单曲线凸轮，采用棕带式结构，而棕带式的维修费用较高。

参见图3，无油润滑棕杆式塑料圆织机包括两个上下移动的棕杆1，棕杆1带有导向套2，棕杆1通过摇臂3与凸轮4连接。摇臂3通过两个胶轮5与凸轮4连接。棕杆1的两个导向套2放置在摇臂3作用点同侧上顶板处6。
Claims (2)
1.一种无油润滑棕杆式塑料圆织机，包括两个上下移动的棕杆（1），棕杆（1）带有导向套（2），棕杆（1）通过摇臂（3）与凸轮（4）连接，其特征在于摇臂（3）通过胶轮（5）与凸轮（4）连接。
2.按照权利要求1所述的无油润滑棕杆式塑料圆织机，其特征在于棕杆（1）的两个导向套（2）放置在摇臂（3）作用点同侧上顶板（6）处。
