Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种离合器壳体压铸模具的定模顶出机构,包括油管三通接头、复位杆、顶杆、顶出油缸、顶杆板和连接油管,顶杆油缸通过油管三通接头和连接油管与机床液压缸相连接,顶出油缸同顶杆板相连接,带动固定于顶杆板上的顶杆进行往复运动。本实用新型定模顶出机构采用内置于定模模框内部的双油缸充当复位弹簧的作用,从而使顶出机构持续有效的工作,开模时在铸件上施加推力,帮助铸件顺利从定模模腔分离,无产品留在定模的现象,可实现产品的批量生产。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种离合器壳体压铸模具,特别是涉及一种离合器壳体压铸模具的定模顶出机构。 
背景技术
汽车离合器是汽车上的一个关键部位零部件,而干式双离合器是未来汽车传动系统一个重要的发展方向。这种干式双离合器在压铸生产时由于定模抱紧力较大,开模时出现产品留在定模的现象,无法实现产品的批量生产。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种离合器壳体压铸模具的定模顶出机构,可有效解决产品由于定模抱紧力过大而产生的留存定模现象,提高产品合格率,实现产品因功能要求而保持原结构的情况下的批量生产。 
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:本实用新型的离合器壳体压铸模具的定模顶出机构,包括油管三通接头、复位杆、顶杆、顶出油缸、顶杆板和连接油管,顶杆油缸通过油管三通接头和连接油管与机床液压缸相连接,顶出油缸同顶杆板相连接,带动固定于顶杆板上的顶杆进行往复运动。 
本实用新型定模顶出机构采用内置于定模模框内部的双油缸充当复位弹簧的作用,从而使顶出机构持续有效的工作,开模时在铸件上施加推力,帮助铸件顺利从定模模腔分离,无产品留在定模的现象,可实现产品的批量生产。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进行说明。 
如图1所示,本实用新型的离合器壳体压铸模具的定模顶出机构,包括油管三通接头1、复位杆2、顶杆3、顶出油缸4、顶杆板5和连接油管6,顶杆油缸4通过油管三通接头1和连接油管6与机床液压缸相连接,顶出油缸4同顶杆板5相连接,带动固定于顶杆板5上的顶杆3进行往复运动。 
安装模具时将油管三通接头1连接至机床存在机油压力的任意闲置接口,则顶出油缸4开始工作,推动顶杆3始终突出模具成型表面2mm左右,对铸件形成顶出之力。合模时,由于动模挤压力顶杆在复位杆2的带动下恢复原位。开模时模具锁紧力释放,顶出油缸开始工作,顶杆推动铸件帮助其从定模表面脱离,完成开模工作。

1.一种离合器壳体压铸模具的定模顶出机构,其特征是:包括油管三通接头(1)、复位杆(2)、顶杆(3)、顶出油缸(4)、顶杆板(5)和连接油管(6),顶杆油缸(4)通过油管三通接头(1)和连接油管(6)与机床液压缸相连接,顶出油缸(4)同顶杆板(5)相连接,带动固定于顶杆板(5)上的顶杆(3)进行往复运动。
