背景技术
现用蜗轮传动送料装置，传动效率低，磨损较严重，发热严重，尤其在高速冲床的过程此缺陷更明显。具体缺点如下：
1、加工复杂，成本高、维修性差
2、送料不稳定，抖动大、效率低
3、送料时间长，传动效率低
4、配合模具使用时，稳定性差，易打坏模具

本实用新型提供一种扇形凸轮传动装置，其结构简单、紧凑、设计方便，可实现从动件任意预期运动，产品型号可随意调节。
一种扇形凸轮传动装置，包括送料固定底座、安装在所述送料固定底座两边的送料导正板，一个送料块上安装有两个滚轮，所述两个滚轮中间设置有转动扇形凸轮，所述扇形凸轮作圆周运动带动所述两个滚轮转动，同时带动所述送料块在所述送料固定底座和送料导正板限定的区域内作往返直线运动。
所述送料块设置在两块送料导正板的中间，按照送料导正板限定的区域运动，增加稳定性，所述送料块一端还连接有送料导轨连接块。
