空气压缩机简称空压机，是气源装置中的主体，它是将原动机（通常是电动机）的机械能转换成气体压力能的装置，是压缩空气的气压发生装置。
惰齿轮是空压机内部常见的传动机械部件。现有空压机内部装配的惰齿轮在工作过程中振动较大，造成工作时产生大量的噪音，长时间会使得齿轮之间的磨损较大，传动出现松动，从而影响到空压机的正常工作。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种空压机惰齿轮组件，先将衬套套在空压机惰齿轮的中心孔中形成组件，再将组件与轴装配，装在空压机内，与螺杆配合在气缸内转动，以保证空压机的正常运转。
