背景技术
电子电路表面组装技术（Surface Mount Technology，SMT），是一种将无引脚或短引线表面组装元器件（简称SMC/SMD，中文称片状元器件）安装在印制电路板（Printed Circuit Board，PCB）的表面或其它基板的表面上，通过回流焊或浸焊等方法加以焊接组装的电路装连技术。随着双轨贴片机及回流炉的面市，现有的SMT生产线供料装置已经无法满足生产需要。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的首要目的在于提供适应双轨印刷机、双轨贴片机及回流炉生产的双轨SMT生产线供料装置，为实现上述目的，本实用新型的具体方案如下：
一种双轨SMT生产线供料装置，包括自动上板机、平移转载机；
所述自动上板机有两台，分别包括一个料箱，所述料箱与升降台连接，所述升降台一侧设有推板气缸；
所述平移转载机包括两条输出轨道，两条输出轨道分别与两个料箱的输出端对接。
优选的，两条所述输出轨道中至少有一条与滑轨滑动连接。
本实用新型提供的双轨SMT生产线供料装置，能够与双轨贴片机及回流炉完全接驳，以发挥双轨自动生产线的最大作用，以提高生产效率，实现自动上板，以此减少操作员，为电子产品生产厂商节省生产成本。

如图1~图3所示，一种双轨SMT生产线供料装置，包括：
自动上板机1，所述自动上板机1有两台，分别包括一个料箱11，料箱11用于存板，所述料箱11与升降台连接，升降台由一电机12驱动，所述升降台一侧设有推板气缸13，推板气缸13配合料箱11将PCB板逐块推出；
平移转载机2，所述平移转载机2包括两条输出轨道21，两条输出轨道21分别与两个料箱11的输出端对接。
优选的，两条所述输出轨道21中至少有一条与滑轨22滑动连接，用以调节适应双轨贴片机及回流炉的输入带宽度。
本实用新型提供的双轨SMT生产线供料装置，能够与双轨贴片机及回流炉完全接驳，以发挥双轨自动生产线的最大作用，以提高生产效率，实现自动上板，以此减少操作员，为电子产品生产厂商节省生产成本。

自动上板机、平移转载机；
所述自动上板机有两台，分别包括一个料箱，所述料箱与升降台连接，所述升降台一侧设有推板气缸；
所述平移转载机包括两条输出轨道，两条输出轨道分别与两个料箱的输出端对接。
2.如权利要求1所述的双轨SMT生产线供料装置，其特征在于：
两条所述输出轨道中至少有一条与滑轨滑动连接。
