背景技术
馈线卡用于通讯基站中馈线的安装固定，目前大部分馈线卡为穿芯型馈线卡，其包括夹住馈线的馈线卡以及通过螺杆与馈线卡连接的C型卡具，C型卡具上螺纹连接锁紧用螺栓，螺栓端部铆接碗垫。传统的螺栓与碗垫连接结构为：在螺栓的端部设置铆接嘴，通过铆接嘴形变将碗垫固定。该种结构的缺点是：铆接嘴在形变时，铆接嘴易裂开，且会损坏表面的镀层，影响产品质量。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种铆接部镀层不易损坏的馈线卡具。
