Abstract

本实用新型公开一种具有刷体转向装置的扫雪扫路车，包括车身、与车身相连的刷架、可转动设置在刷架上的刷体以及可驱动刷体转动的驱动机构，该扫雪扫路车还包括转轴组件、至少两个限位孔以及限位组件，该刷架通过该转轴组件而可相对车身左右摆动，该至少两个限位孔设置在刷架上并沿左右方向错开设置，该限位组件可选择地与插入一个限位孔中而定位该车架。与现有技术相比，本实用新型可以根据实际清扫需要，而改变刷架和其上刷体的朝向，从而达到操作方便、清扫效率高的功效。

一种具有刷体转向装置的扫雪扫路车
技术领域
本实用新型涉及清扫工具领域，更具体的说涉及一种具有刷体转向装置的扫雪扫路车。
背景技术
道路积雪对于北方很多城市来说是一件非常常见的事，为了确保人们的正常出行，及时将道路积雪清除是一项必要、繁重而且紧张的工作，扫雪扫路车则正是基于上述需求而产生。
现有的扫雪扫路车，一般均包括车身以及位于车身前方的刷体，该车身上往往还设置有车轮、动力机构以及控制机构等部件，该车轮设置在车身底部而使得整个扫雪扫路车可以行驶到待清扫的位置，该动力机构则提供动力支持，其不仅带动车轮转动，而且还驱动刷体转动；该控制机构则作为控制中心而控制转向和转速。
但是，当前的扫雪扫路车其刷体往往只能实现对正前方的积雪或路面进行清扫，当需要清扫车辆的左右两侧时，则需要通过车轮的左转和右转来实现，非常不便利；特别是在一些较为狭小的空间，更是由于需要车轮的转动而具有操作不便的缺陷。
有鉴于此，本发明人针对现有扫雪扫路车的上述缺陷深入研究，遂有本案产生。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种具有刷体转向装置的扫雪扫路车，以解决现有扫雪扫路车在需要清扫车辆左右两侧时具有操作不便利的问题。
为了达成上述目的，本实用新型的解决方案是：
一种具有刷体转向装置的扫雪扫路车，包括车身、与车身相连的刷架、可转动设置在刷架上的刷体以及可驱动刷体转动的驱动机构，其中，该扫雪扫路车还包括转轴组件、至少两个限位孔以及限位组件，该刷架通过该转轴组件而可相对车身左右摆动，该至少两个限位孔设置在刷架上并沿左右方向错开设置，该限位组件可选择地与插入一个限位孔中而定位该车架。
进一步，该至少两个限位孔为沿刷架左右方向错开设置的第一限位孔和第二限位孔。
进一步，该刷架上还形成有供转轴组件穿过的转轴孔，该转轴孔位于第一限位孔和第二限位孔之间。
采用上述结构后，本实用新型涉及的扫雪扫路车，当需要清扫车辆左右两侧的不同位置时，其可以通过改变限位组件与不同限位孔之间的配合来实现，当限位组件与偏向于左侧的限位孔配合时，该刷架会朝向左侧；当限位组件与偏向于右侧的限位孔配合时，该刷架会朝向右侧。如此，与现有技术相比，本实用新型可以根据实际清扫需要，而改变刷架和其上刷体的朝向，从而达到操作方便、清扫效率高的功效。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本实用新型的技术方案，下面通过具体实施例来对本实用新型进行详细阐述。
如图1和图2所示，本实用新型涉及的一种具有刷体3转向装置的扫雪扫路车100，其包括车身1、与车身1相连的刷架2、可转动设置在刷架2上的刷体3以及可驱动刷体3转动的驱动机构4，当然该车身1上还设置有操作把手11以及车轮12以及动力机构13等附属部件，该驱动机构4与动力机构13传动相连，由于其均并非为本案的重点，故在此不进行一一说明。
本实用新型的改进之处在于：该扫雪扫路车100还包括转轴组件5、至少两个限位孔以及限位组件7，该刷架2通过该转轴组件5而可相对车身1左右摆动，具体地，该转轴组件5与车身1固定相连，该刷架2则与转轴组件5固定相连，请配合参照图3和图4所示，该转轴组件5包括转头固定插板51、转头轴套52和转头固定插板53等部分，当然该转轴组件5的结构还可以为其它，具体不受当前实施例的限制。
该至少两个限位孔设置在刷架2上并沿左右方向错开设置，该限位组件7可选择地与插入一个限位孔中而定位该车架，使得该车架能呈现稳定状。在本实施例中，该至少两个限位孔为沿刷架2左右方向错开设置的第一限位孔61和第二限位孔62，该刷架2上则还形成有供转轴组件5穿过的转轴孔8，该转轴孔位于第一限位孔61和第二限位孔62之间。对于该限位组件7，请参照图4所示，其包括螺栓卡套71、弹簧72、拉线销头73以及刷子转头销套74，如此车身1与刷架2之间的定位。
这样，当需要清扫车辆左右两侧的不同位置时，其可以通过改变限位组件7与不同限位孔之间的配合来实现，比如当限位组件7与偏向于左侧的限位孔配合时，该刷架2会朝向左侧；而当限位组件7与偏向于右侧的限位孔配合时，该刷架2会朝向右侧。
如此，与现有技术相比，本实用新型可以根据实际清扫需要，而改变刷架2和其上刷体3的朝向，从而达到操作方便、清扫效率高的功效。
上述实施例和图式并非限定本实用新型的产品形态和式样，任何所属技术领域的普通技术人员对其所做的适当变化或修饰，皆应视为不脱离本实用新型的专利范畴。

Claims (3)

1.一种具有刷体转向装置的扫雪扫路车，包括车身、与车身相连的刷架、可转动设置在刷架上的刷体以及可驱动刷体转动的驱动机构，其特征在于，该扫雪扫路车还包括转轴组件、至少两个限位孔以及限位组件，该刷架通过该转轴组件而可相对车身左右摆动，该至少两个限位孔设置在刷架上并沿左右方向错开设置，该限位组件可选择地与插入一个限位孔中而定位该车架。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种具有刷体转向装置的扫雪扫路车，其特征在于，该至少两个限位孔为沿刷架左右方向错开设置的第一限位孔和第二限位孔。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种具有刷体转向装置的扫雪扫路车，其特征在于，该刷架上还形成有供转轴组件穿过的转轴孔，该转轴孔位于第一限位孔和第二限位孔之间。
