Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to a sweeping implement, and more particularly to snow and road sweeping vehicle with a brush body turning apparatus.
- 2. Description of the Prior Art
- For northern cities, a lot of snow on the road is a very common thing. In order to ensure that people can go out normally, to timely sweep the snow on the road is a necessary, heavy and intense work. Accordingly, a snow and road sweeping vehicle is developed.
- A conventional snow and road sweeping vehicle comprises a vehicle body and a brush body located in front of the vehicle body. The vehicle body is provided with wheels, a power mechanism, a control mechanism, and so on. The wheels are arranged at the bottom of the vehicle body, so that the snow and road sweeping vehicle can go to the location to be cleaned. The power mechanism supplies power to drive the wheels as well as the brush body to turn. The control mechanism functions as the control center to control the direction and speed.
- However, the brush body of the conventional snow and road sweeping vehicle just sweeps the snow or road right ahead. When it is necessary to sweep the left and right sides of the vehicle, the wheels will be turned left or right. This is very inconvenient. In particular, at a narrow space, it is not convenient to turn the wheels.
- Accordingly, the inventor of the present invention has devoted himself based on his many years of practical experiences to solve these problems.
- The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a snow and road sweeping vehicle with a brush body turning apparatus to overcome the problem that it is not convenient for the conventional snow and road sweeping vehicle to sweep the left and right sides of the vehicle.
- In order to achieve the aforesaid objective, the snow and road sweeping vehicle with a brush body turning apparatus of the present invention comprises a vehicle body, a brush bracket connected to the vehicle body, a brush body rotatably arranged on the brush bracket, and a drive mechanism capable of driving the brush body to rotate. The snow and road sweeping vehicle further comprises a rotating shaft assembly, at least two limiting holes, and a limiting assembly. The rotating shaft assembly allows the brush bracket to swing in a left and right direction relative to the vehicle body. The at least two limiting holes are arranged in the brush bracket and staggered in left and right directions of the brush bracket. The limiting assembly is selectively inserted into one of the limiting holes to position the brush bracket.
- Preferably, the two limiting holes are a first limiting hole and a second limiting hole arranged in the brush bracket and staggered in the left and right directions of the brush bracket.
- Preferably, the brush bracket is further formed with a shaft hole for the rotating shaft assembly to pass therethrough, and the shaft hole is located between the first limiting hole and the second limiting hole.
- Through the cooperation of the limiting assembly and the limiting holes, the snow and road sweeping vehicle of the present invention can sweep different locations at the left and right sides of the vehicle. For example, when the limiting assembly cooperates with the left limiting hole, the brush bracket will face the left side. When the limiting assembly cooperates with the right limiting hole, the brush bracket will face the right side. Compared to the prior art, the snow and road sweeping vehicle of the present invention can change orientations of the brush bracket and the brush body, which facilitates the operation and improves the sweeping efficiency.
-
FIG. 1 is a schematic view of the snow and road sweeping vehicle with a brush body turning apparatus of the present invention in a normal state; -
FIG. 2 is a schematic view of the snow and road sweeping vehicle with a brush body turning apparatus of the present invention in a left-turn state; -
FIG. 3 is a schematic view showing the brush body turning apparatus of the present invention; and -
FIG. 4 is an exploded view ofFIG. 3 . - Embodiments of the present invention will now be described, by way of example only, with reference to the accompanying drawings.
- As shown in
FIG. 1 andFIG. 2 , the present invention relates to a snow and roadsweeping vehicle 100 with a brush body turning apparatus. The snow and road sweepingvehicle 100 comprises a vehicle body 1, abrush bracket 2 connected to the vehicle body 1, abrush body 3 rotatably arranged on thebrush bracket 2, and adrive mechanism 4 capable of driving thebrush body 3 to rotate. The vehicle body 1 is provided with appurtenances, such as anoperation handle 11,wheels 12, apower mechanism 3, and so on. Thedrive mechanism 4 is electrically connected with thepower mechanism 3. It is not the key point of the present invention, so it won't be described hereinafter. - The improvement of the present invention is that the snow and road
sweeping vehicle 100 further comprises a rotatingshaft assembly 5, at least two limitingholes shaft assembly 5 allows thebrush bracket 2 to swing in a left and right direction relative to the vehicle body 1. The rotatingshaft assembly 5 is connected to the vehicle body 1. Thebrush bracket 2 is connected to the rotatingshaft assembly 5. - Referring to
FIG. 3 andFIG. 4 , the rotatingshaft assembly 5 comprises afirst fixing plate 51, ashaft sleeve 52, and asecond fixing plate 53. The configuration of the rotatingshaft assembly 5 is not limited to the aforesaid embodiment. - The at least two limiting
holes brush bracket 2 and staggered in the left and right directions of thebrush bracket 2. The limiting assembly 7 may be selectively inserted into one of the limitingholes brush bracket 2, so that thebush bracket 2 can be in a stable state. In this embodiment, the two limitingholes hole 61 and a second limitinghole 62 arranged in thebrush bracket 2 and staggered in the left and right directions of thebrush bracket 2. Thebrush bracket 2 is further formed with a shaft hole 8 for the rotatingshaft assembly 5 to pass therethrough. The shaft hole 8 is located between the first limitinghole 61 and the second limitinghole 62. As shown inFIG. 4 , the limiting assembly 7 comprises a boltengaging sleeve 71, aspring 72, apull pin 73, and abrush turning sleeve 74, such that the vehicle body 1 and thebrush bracket 2 are positioned. - Through the cooperation of the limiting assembly 7 and the limiting holes, the snow and road sweeping vehicle can clean different locations at the left and right sides of the vehicle. For example, when the limiting assembly 7 cooperates with the left limiting hole, the
brush bracket 2 will face the left side. When the limiting assembly 7 cooperates with the right limiting hole, thebrush bracket 2 will face the right side. - Compared to the prior art, the snow and road sweeping vehicle of the present invention can change orientations of the
brush bracket 2 and thebrush body 3 to facilitate the operation and improve the sweeping efficiency. - Although particular embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail for purposes of illustration, various modifications and enhancements may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the present invention is not to be limited except as by the appended claims.
