背景技术
目前，随着载货汽车的货箱体积的增大，货箱底板整体也随着加大，但支撑板的加重，导致载货汽车整车的重量也随之加大，从而使得整车的造价增加，给加工工厂和消费者带来一定的经济损失。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是克服现有技术的不足，提供既能确保支撑日趋偏大的货箱重量，又能降低整车的重量，节约加工成本的一种货箱底板。
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型提供包括货箱底板、支撑板、货箱纵梁和若干根货箱横梁，所述货箱底板平放在所述多根货箱横梁上，货箱纵梁具有容置部，所述支撑板插入容置部中，所述支撑板为中空板。
所述中空板为专用胶合板。
所述中空板截面形状为四边形去掉顶角后形成的多边形。
本实用新型提供的一种货箱底板，既能稳定地支撑住日趋偏 大的货箱重量，又能降低整车的重量，节约加工成本。

如图1所示，本实用新型提供一种货箱底板，包括货箱底板、支撑板、两根货箱纵梁总成1、若干根连接在两根货箱纵梁总成1间的横梁总成2，该货箱横梁总成与货箱纵梁总成1焊接固定。货箱底板平放在货箱横梁总成2上。该货箱纵梁总成上具有容置部，支撑板插入容置部中，位于货箱横梁总成2和货箱纵梁总成1连接处的支撑板为中空板3，所述中空板3为专用胶合板，也可设置中空板3的截面形状为四边形去掉顶角后形成的多边形。

1.一种货箱底板，包括货箱底板、支撑板、货箱纵梁和若干根货箱横梁，所述货箱底板平放在所述多根货箱横梁上，其特征在于货箱纵梁具有容置部，所述支撑板插入容置部中，所述支撑板为中空板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种货箱底板，其特征在于：所述中空板为专用胶合板。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种货箱底板，其特征在于：所述中空板截面形状为四边形去掉顶角后形成的多边形。
