客室座椅作为车内乘客的乘坐载体，是客室内装的重要组成部分，其设计的好坏直接关系到乘客乘坐的舒适程度及内装整体的外观效果。现有车辆玻璃钢座椅均采用手工整体糊制工艺生产，存在座椅厚度控制不好、预埋件粘接不牢固等隐患，同时手工生产效率低，整体座椅可更换性差。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是设计一种牢固、可靠的玻璃钢模压座椅结构，具有安装便捷、承载能力好、重量轻的优点。 为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种轨道客车玻璃钢模压座椅，其特征在于：六人座椅分为三个两人座椅，座椅整体为玻璃钢靠背和玻璃钢坐垫分体式结构。
靠背上方设胶条，与侧墙之间采用挂接连接。
本实用新型将六人座椅分为三个两人座椅，座椅整体为玻璃钢靠背和玻璃钢坐垫分体式结构，克服了以往六人整体座椅无法互换的缺陷，维修方便，安装便捷。

具体实施方案
参照附图，考虑玻璃钢模压生产工艺及模具成本，将六人座椅分为3个2人座椅、将原座椅整体分为靠背1、坐垫2两部分；整个六人座椅使用两套模具（2人靠背、2人坐垫）生产，同时将玻璃钢座椅体与型材之间的安装预埋件3在模压时直接压到座椅体内，该工艺具有粘接牢固、尺寸偏差小等优点。 为避免出现以往项目座椅靠背与墙板间隙大等问题，在靠背顶部设置密封胶条4，同时上面安装型材上开孔，挂接到侧墙的销钉上，保证不闪缝。

1.一种轨道客车玻璃钢模压座椅，其特征在于：六人座椅分为三个两人座椅，座椅整体为玻璃钢靠背和玻璃钢坐垫分体式结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轨道客车玻璃钢模压座椅，其特征在于：靠背上方设胶条，与侧墙之间采用挂接连接。
