本实用新型涉及一种熔炉装置,特别涉及一种电能熔炉。 
背景技术
现有技术中,对白云石、矿渣、粉煤灰等原料熔制均采用燃烧炉熔制,该种熔制方法不仅消耗较多煤炭材料并造成废气污染,而且熔制出来的原料溶液品质较低。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种高效节能的电能熔炉。 
为实现上述实用新型目的,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案: 
一种电能熔炉,包括熔炉主架,安装在熔炉主架上的电能熔炉,电极压送及提升装置和三根电极;三根电极均通过电极把持器设置于电能熔炉正上方的熔炉主架上,三根电极均与变压器连接;电极压送及提升装置设于熔炉主架顶部。 
优选的,所述电能熔炉由炉外壳及安装在炉外壳内的熔池构成。 
优选的,所述电能熔炉底部设置有流料口。 
优选的,所述电能熔炉底部设置有放铁口。 
优选的,所述电能熔炉上部设有电能熔炉布料器。 
原料通过电能熔炉布料器将原料送入电能熔炉中,三根电极通过电极压送及提升装置压送至原料溶液中,电极对电能熔炉三相供电(供电参数为低电压,大电流),在交流电的作用下产生焦耳热,从而达到熔化和调温的目的;电能熔炉内熔体由电能熔炉流料口流出,熔化过程中还原出的铁(或其它金属)在电能熔炉底侧部由放铁口放出。其中电极把持器调整电极的上下位置,以保证熔体的温度。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果在于:提高品质及效率,降低能耗,从根本上消除废气污染和全部可使废料入炉解决固体废料的污染。

具体实施方式
参阅图1,该电能熔炉包括熔炉主架1,电能熔炉2,电极压送及提升装置3,电极4,电能熔炉布料器5和电极把持器6;电能熔炉2安装在熔制装置主架1底部,电能熔炉2上部设有电能熔炉布料器5,电能熔炉布料器5与输送装置3连接;电极4通过电极把持器6设置于电能熔炉2正上方的熔炉主架1上,电极4与变压器连接;电极压送及提升装置3设于熔炉主架1顶部;其中电极4设有三根。优选的,电能熔炉1由炉外壳及安装在炉外壳内的熔池构成,电能熔 炉1底侧部设置有流料口7和放铁口。 
熔制开始时,电能熔炉布料器5将原料送入电能熔炉2中,三根电极4通过电极压送及提升装置3压送至原料溶液中,电极4对电能熔炉1三相供电(供电参数为低电压,大电流),在交流电的作用下产生焦耳热,从而达到熔化和调温的目的;电能熔炉1内熔体由流料口7流出,熔化过程中还原出的铁(或其它金属)在电能熔炉底侧部由放铁口放出。其中电极把持器6调整电极4的上下位置,以保证熔体的温度。

1.一种电能熔炉,包括熔炉主架和安装在熔炉主架上的电能熔炉,其特征在于,它还包括电极压送及提升装置和三根电极;所述三根电极均通过电极把持器设置于所述电能熔炉正上方的熔炉主架上,所述三根电极均与变压器连接;所述电极压送及提升装置设于熔炉主架顶部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电能熔炉,其特征在于,所述电能熔炉由炉外壳及安装在炉外壳内的熔池构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电能熔炉,其特征在于,所述电能熔炉底部设置有流料口。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电能熔炉,其特征在于,所述电能熔炉底部设置有放铁口。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电能熔炉,其特征在于,所述电能熔炉上部设有电能熔炉布料器。
