带电加热的柴油滤清器，其结构为：密封垫、滤芯、支撑板、接头处于外壳内部且自上而下地依次沿外壳的轴向布置，与密封垫接触的盖板设在外壳的上侧，与接头旋接的积水杯设在外壳的下侧且积水杯超过外壳一定距离，积水杯的下侧设有放水阀，积水杯的材料为塑料，外壳的外壁上缠绕有电线。采用本滤清器，实现了柴油滤清器中柴油的预热及保温，保证了所述柴油在低温气候下的正常流动，解决了柴油车冷启动及低温行驶熄火问题。

本实用新型涉及一种带电加热的柴油滤清器。
背景技术
随着汽车工业的飞速发展，各种车辆的数量也在飞速地增长，其中使用柴油发动机的汽车更是日益增加。
与所述汽车的底盘配装的一种常用柴油滤清器的结构为：密封垫、滤芯、支撑板、接头处于外壳内部且自上而下地依次沿外壳的轴向布置，与密封垫接触的盖板设在外壳的上侧，与接头旋接的积水杯设在外壳的下侧且积水杯超过外壳一定距离，积水杯的下侧设有放水阀，积水杯的材料为塑料。
该柴油滤清器安装时为竖直布置，盖板朝上与底盘上的滤座旋接，积水杯和放水阀朝下且裸露在底盘外。滤座通过油路分别与油箱、发动机相连通。借助于该柴油滤清器，将柴油中的水过滤、分离出来，并通过积水杯、放水阀流到汽车外。
但是，在冬天气温较低的情况下，柴油滤清器中的柴油容易结冰吸蜡，使柴油无法正常流动，造成供油不足，很多车辆无法正常启动，有些车辆即使勉强启动，也常出现无法迅速地使柴油发动机进入到正常工作状态的现象，造成车辆行驶中停车、抛锚等问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种带电加热的柴油滤清器，其实现了柴油滤清器中柴油的预热及保温，保证了所述柴油在低温气候下的正常流动，解决了柴油车冷启动及低温行驶熄火问题。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种带电加热的柴油滤清器，其结构为：密封垫、滤芯、支撑板、接头处于外壳内部且自上而下地依次沿外壳的轴向布置，与密封垫接触的盖板设在外壳的上侧，与接头旋接的积水杯设在外壳的下侧且积水杯超过外壳一定距离，积水杯的下侧设有放水阀，积水杯的材料为塑料，外壳的外壁上缠绕有电线。
为简洁说明问题起见，以下对本实用新型所述带电加热的柴油滤清器均简称为本滤清器。
将本滤清器竖直安装在汽车的底盘上，并位于发动机与油箱输油管之间，电线的两端与汽车内的蓄电池电连接，并形成完整的回路，本滤清器即可正常使用。
采用以上的结构之后，在发动机启动前让电线通电，电线迅速发热，通过热传导方式，让本滤清器内凝结的柴油间接地得到加热，使本滤清器内的所述柴油解冻、升温，本滤清器加热所述柴油时的热效率高、升温速度快、功率小、耗电少。因此，采用本滤清器，实现了柴油滤清器中柴油的预热及保温，保证了所述柴油在低温气候下的正常流动，解决了柴油车冷启动及低温行驶熄火问题。
另，与汽车内的蓄电池电连接的电线直接缠绕在滤清器的外壳外壁上即可，故本滤清器安装方便、使用安全可靠。

为清楚说明问题起见，图1中特意将本滤清器横向放置。
参见图1，本滤清器的结构为：密封垫1、滤芯3、支撑板5、接头6处于外壳4内部且自上而下地依次沿外壳4的轴向布置，与密封垫1接触的盖板2设在外壳4的上侧，与接头6旋接的积水杯7设在外壳4的下侧且积水杯7超过外壳4一定距离，积水杯7的下侧设有放水阀8，积水杯7的材料为塑料，外壳4的外壁上缠绕有电线9。
