Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种金精粉进料装置，包括储料平台和位于储料平台上方的双料行车抓斗，所述的储料平台上设置有皮带机。所述的皮带机为辊筒输送机。本实用新型在出料平台上面设置一个输料皮带，利用电机带动输料皮带转动，使金精粉随输料皮带进入调浆槽。结构简单、安装方便、大量节省劳动力。

本实用新型涉及一种进料装置，尤其涉及一种金精粉进料装置。
背景技术
在冶金行业生产中，金精粉需要进行调浆的工艺。如图1所示，在金精粉进入调浆槽3时现有的都是使用两台10吨双梁行车抓斗1提升到调浆槽储料平台2上方，自然掉落到储料平台2上面，然后通过10名员工在四周用铁锨往调浆槽3内进行均匀投料，还需要边投料边挑检废塑料袋和石块等杂物，这样人员的劳动强度大，效率低、费用高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种金精粉进料装置，能够自动进料，减少人力的消耗和生产成本，提高效率。
本实用新型采用下述技术方案：
一种金精粉进料装置，包括双料行车抓斗、储料平台，还包括设置在储料平台上的皮带机。
所述的皮带机为辊筒输送机。
本实用新型在出料平台上面设置一个输料皮带，利用电机带动输料皮带转动，使金精粉随输料皮带进入调浆槽。结构简单、安装方便、大量节省劳动力。

具体实施方式
如图2所示，本实用新型的金精粉进料装置包括储料平台2和位于储料平台2上方的双料行车抓斗1，所述的储料平台2上设置有皮带机4。所述的皮带机4为辊筒输送机，皮带机4的尾部位于调浆槽3的边沿。
工作时，皮带机4的出料端设置在调浆槽3的边沿上方，金精粉被双料行车抓斗1抓取传送至储料平台2上方，并丢落到皮带机4上，皮带机4把金精粉输送到调浆槽3方向，自动掉落到调浆槽3内，只需要2名操作人员挑检出废塑料袋和石块等杂物，就可以使金精粉顺利进入调浆槽3内调浆。
本实用新型所述的皮带机2也可以是其它类型的输送机，在此不再一一举例。

1.一种金精粉进料装置，包括储料平台和位于储料平台上方的双料行车抓斗，其特征在于：所述的储料平台上设置有皮带机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金精粉进料装置，其特征在于：所述的皮带机为辊筒输送机。
