Claims (10)
1. 一种敞开式乙炔发生器自动投料系统,其特征在于,包括电石库(1)和敞开式乙炔发生车间O),所述电石库(1)与所述敞开式乙炔发生车间(¾之间至少相隔20米,在所述敞开式乙炔发生车间(2)内设有敞开式乙炔发生器(3),所述敞开式乙炔发生器(3)的反应罐体(31)设置在所述敞开式乙炔发生车间(¾的第一层楼面和第二层楼面之间02) 之间,所述敞开式乙炔发生器C3)的进料口(3¾位于第二层楼面0¾之上,在所述电石库 (1)的第一层楼面(11)与所述敞开式乙炔发生车间O)的第二层楼面之间0¾之间设有斜向的将两者连通的电石运输皮带通廊G),在所述电石运输皮带通廊内设有皮带运输装置(41),在所述皮带运输装置Gl)的始端Gll)的上方设有电石倒料装置(5),所述皮带运输装置Gl)的末端Gll)与所述敞开式乙炔发生器(3)的进料斗(32)邻接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的敞开式乙炔发生器自动投料系统,其特征在于:所述电石倒料装置(¾包括电机(51)、减速器(5¾和电石桶翻倒装置(53),所述电机(51)通过联轴器(54)与所述减速器(5¾连接,所述减速器(5¾的输出轴通过链条式联轴器(5¾与两端套在轴承座(56)内的转轴(57) —端连接;所述电石桶翻倒装置(5¾包括与所述转轴 (57)固定连接的电石桶定位半框(531),以及与所述电石桶定位半框(531)活动连接的电石桶夹紧半框(532),在所述电石桶夹紧半框(53¾设有电石桶夹紧机构(533)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的敞开式乙炔发生器自动投料系统,其特征在于:所述电石桶夹紧机构(53¾包括一个夹紧弧片(5331),所述夹紧弧片(5331)由夹紧气缸(533¾驱动。
4.根据权利要求2所述的敞开式乙炔发生器自动投料系统,其特征在于:所述电石桶夹紧机构(53¾包括一个夹紧弧片(5331),所述夹紧弧片(5331)由螺杆驱动。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任何一项权利要求所述的敞开式乙炔发生器自动投料系统,其特征在于:所述敞开式乙炔发生器C3)包括进料口密封装置(33)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的敞开式乙炔发生器自动投料系统,其特征在于:所述进料口密封装置(3¾包括固定在反应罐体(31)上的套管(331),在所述套管(331)内设有转杆 (332),所述转杆(33¾通过轴承(33¾与所述套管(331)连接,在所述转杆(332)的上端固定连接有转动手轮(334),在所述转杆下端设有与转杆垂直的密封板支持件(335),密封板(336)固定在所述密封板支持件(33¾上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的敞开式乙炔发生器自动投料系统,其特征在于:在所述反应罐体(31)内设有弧形滑道(337),所述密封板支持件(335)的前端搁置在所述弧形滑道 (337)上。
8.根据权利要求7所述的敞开式乙炔发生器自动投料系统,其特征在于:在所述密封板支持件(33¾前端下底面上设有滑轮,所述滑轮搁在所述弧形滑道(337)上。
9.根据权利要求8所述的敞开式乙炔发生器自动投料系统,其特征在于:在所述敞开式乙炔发生车间O)的楼顶上设有用于给所述敞开式乙炔发生器C3)补充水的高位水池 (6)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的敞开式乙炔发生器自动投料系统,其特征在于:在所述敞开式乙炔发生器(3)内设有水位控制器,当水位低于下限时,打开高位水池C3)的供水阀给敞开式乙炔发生器C3)供水,当水位达到上限时,关闭高位水池(3)的供水阀,停止给敞开式乙炔发生器C3)供水。
