本实用新型属于物料输送技术领域，具体涉及一种挤出机自动上料装置。
背景技术
我国是燃煤大国，每年都会排放大量的氮氧化物，造成严重的环境污染；为了减少污染，现在普遍采用脱硝催化剂对烟气进行处理，而脱硝催化剂的生产过程主要包括混炼、挤出、干燥和烧成等；而挤出的机上料一般都采用人工加料方式，工作效率低，费时费力。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种操作简单、工作效率较高的挤出机自动上料装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采取的技术方案是，一种挤出机自动上料装置，包括储料箱和挤出机进料斗，储料箱底部设有加料传送带，加料传送带伸出到储料箱外部，加料传送带下方设置有物料传送带，挤出机进料斗设置在物料传送带的下方；储料箱上方悬挂有运输袋，运输袋悬挂在行车上，运输袋下方设有捆绑开关。
本实用新型采用自动上料方式进行连续上料，提高了工作效率，降低了工人的劳动强度，具有明显的经济效益。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种挤出机自动上料装置，包括储料箱1和挤出机进料斗2，储料箱1底部设有加料传送带3，加料传送带3伸出到储料箱1外部，加料传送带3下方设置有物料传送带4，挤出机进料斗2设置在物料传送带4的下方；储料箱1上方悬挂有运输袋5，运输袋5悬挂在行车6上，运输袋5下方设有捆绑开关7。
使用时，将物料放入到运输袋5，然后通过行车6输将运输袋5输到储料箱1方，然后打开运输袋5方的捆绑开关7使物料落入储料箱1；落入储料箱1中的物料通过加料传送带3送到物料传送带4上，再通过物料传送带4送到挤出机进料斗2中。

1.一种挤出机自动上料装置，包括储料箱和挤出机进料斗，其特征在于：储料箱底部设有加料传送带，加料传送带伸出到储料箱外部，加料传送带下方设置有物料传送带，挤出机进料斗设置在物料传送带的下方；储料箱上方悬挂有运输袋，运输袋悬挂在行车上，运输袋下方设有捆绑开关。
