本实用新型属于汽车制动技术领域，尤其是指一种真空助力器。
背景技术
真空助力器是轻、轿、微车制动系统中的制动伺服装置，是汽车制动系统中的关键部件。其工作原理是利用汽油发动机工作时所产生的真空，或者是柴油发动机所加装的真空泵所产生的真空，在驾驶员踏下制动踏板时，借真空助力器内两个工作腔的不同的压力差所产生的推力，按设计比例放大制动踏板力来推动制动主缸活塞，压缩制动主缸内的制动液产生液压，并输送至轮制动器使制动蹄与车轮轮毂接触进而产生摩擦阻力控制车辆减速或制动。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种新型真空单向阀装置，以解决目前常规真空单向阀进气噪音的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是：橡胶阀芯一端与阀体接触连接，橡胶阀芯另一端与阀盖间隙配合，阀体与阀盖焊接，阀体有上助力器连接端和发动机进气歧管连接端。
本实用新型的优点在于：结构简单新颖，密封效果明显，提高了整车制动的灵敏性及制动的可靠性；重量轻、减少了真空单向阀的零件数量，降低了成本；真空单向阀工作噪音小，提高了驾驶舒适性。改善了阀芯与阀体的配合方式。
