技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种工装夹具，尤其涉及一种薄膜卡盘。
背景技术
盘类零件是机械加工中常见的典型零件之一。它的应用范围很广，如:支撑传动轴的各种形式的轴承；夹具上的导向套；汽缸套等.盘类零件通常起支撑和导向作用。不同的盘类零件也有很多的相同点，如主要表面基本上都是圆柱型的，它们有较高的尺寸精度，形状精度和表面粗糙度要求，而且有高的同轴度要求等诸多共同之处。
传统三爪卡盘定位精度低，只适合用在粗加工中，而精度高的专用夹具，通用性差生产准备周期长，生产成本高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型解决的技术问题是：提供一中结构简单、通用性好的盘类零件加工工装。
为达此目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
一种薄膜卡盘，包括安装座和弹性卡爪盘，所述安装座为一回转体结构，所述安装座中心设置有轴孔，所述安装座一端设置有弹性卡爪盘，所述弹性卡爪盘成空心圆锥台状结构与安装座同轴布置，在所述弹性卡爪盘上沿其锥面设置有若干缺口，所述安装座与弹性卡爪盘为一体结构。
进一步的，所述弹性卡爪盘上设置有六个、八个或十个缺口，所述缺口以安装座轴心为中心在弹性卡爪盘上均布。
进一步的，所述弹性卡爪盘夹持端设置有向圆心翻折的卡爪。
进一步的，所述安装座与弹性卡爪盘采用弹簧钢制作。
本实用新型的有益效果为：结构简单，可以实现快速上下料，适合加工薄型圈，装夹精度更高，能保证调头加工时同心度，壁厚差等工艺要求，护工件表面，且提供更佳的切削扭矩。

下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本实用新型的技术方案。
如图1～3所示，于本实施例中，本实用新型所述的一种薄膜卡盘，包括安装座1和弹性卡爪盘3，所述安装座1为一回转体结构，所述安装座边缘设置有安装孔2，所述安装座1中心设置有轴孔5，所述安装座1一端设置有弹性卡爪盘3，所述弹性卡爪盘3成空心圆锥台状结构与安装座1同轴布置，在所述弹性卡爪盘3上沿其锥面设置有若干缺口，所述安装座1与弹性卡爪盘3为一体结构；所述弹性卡爪盘3上根据工件加工要求可设置有六个、八个或十个缺口，所述缺口以安装座1轴心为中心在弹性卡爪盘3上均布；将弹性卡爪盘3分割成相应的片数，所述弹性卡爪盘3夹持端设置有向圆心翻折的卡爪4；所述安装座1与弹性卡爪盘3采用弹簧钢制作。
工作时通过安装座1中心的轴孔5以及滚珠丝杠将安装座1安装到机床主轴上，并使所述薄膜卡盘可沿轴向运动，在安装工件时将安装工件的一端外圈轴向固定，通过丝杠挤压薄膜卡盘另一端，由于薄膜卡盘主体采用弹簧钢制作，在其受到挤压的过程中会产生弹性形变，使卡爪4向远离圆心方向扩展，本实用新型中，该形变能达到直径0.5㎜，此时将工件装入卡爪4之间，控制丝杠松开薄膜卡盘，卡爪4自动复位将工件夹紧。

1.一种薄膜卡盘，其特征在于，包括安装座和弹性卡爪盘，所述安装座为一回转体结构，所述安装座中心设置有轴孔，所述安装座一端设置有弹性卡爪盘，所述弹性卡爪盘成空心圆锥台状结构与安装座同轴布置，在所述弹性卡爪盘上沿其锥面设置有若干缺口，所述安装座与弹性卡爪盘为一体结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的薄膜卡盘，其特征在于，所述弹性卡爪盘上设置有六个、八个或十个缺口，所述缺口以安装座轴心为中心在弹性卡爪盘上均布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的薄膜卡盘，其特征在于，所述弹性卡爪盘夹持端设置有向圆心翻折的卡爪。
4.根据权利要求1所述的薄膜卡盘，其特征在于，所述安装座与弹性卡爪盘采用弹簧钢制作。
