背景技术
在锅炉行业中，有两种连接方式，第一种，是用两组或三组扁钢将所有蛇形管焊接成矩形网格状，来固定蛇形管，这种连接方式由于结构简单，成本较低，早期被广泛使用在低压、小容量锅炉中。但是，该结构存在刚性连接，无法消除膨胀差问题，经常出现扁钢焊缝拉裂现象，因此这种连接方式已逐渐被淘汰。第二种，用两根耐热扁钢压制成波浪形状，用这两根扁钢对夹成排的蛇形管，扁钢与扁钢之间焊接，扁钢与蛇形管不焊接，用两组或三组这样的管夹，将蛇形管连接成成矩形网格状，这种结构扁钢与管夹是活动的，可以吸收膨胀差，因此这种连接方式已得到广泛使用。但是，该结构较为复杂，用材较多，容易松动，易滑落。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种锅炉受热面蛇形管系统中的连接装置，该装置利用栓杆在腰型孔内可以活动移位的特点，解决膨胀差的问题。
本实用新型是这样实现的，它包括腰型孔钢板、U形板、连接板、栓杆、蛇形管，其特征是将两块腰型孔钢板焊接在两根相邻蛇形管上，U形板骑坐在腰型孔钢板上两孔相对，栓杆插入两孔中，U形板与栓杆焊接为一体，连接板插入两U形板内焊接。
    本实用新型装置使用性能稳定，结构较为简单，无需维护。成本较低。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3所示，将两块腰型孔钢板1焊接在两根相邻蛇形管5上，用U形板2骑坐在腰型孔钢板1上两孔相对，用栓杆4插入两孔中，U形板2与栓杆焊接为一体，再用连接板3插入两U形板2内焊接。
