背景技术
现有箱体箍架的支撑管一般有4~8来长,由于支撑管的长度较长,存在不便于装车运输的问题。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种可拆装、便于运输的箱体抱箍支撑管。
本新型的目的是这样实现的:一种箱体箍架支撑管,由三段钢管连接组成,三段钢管的直径和壁厚均相同;第一钢管的右端上焊接有法兰盘,第二钢管的左端上和右端上均焊接有法兰盘,第三钢管的左端上焊接有法兰盘,且第一钢管右端与第二钢管左端通过法兰盘经螺栓连接,第二钢管右端与第三钢管左端通过法兰盘经螺栓连接。
上述第一钢管、第二钢管以及第三钢管的长度相同或不相同。
本新型的有益效果是:本新型采用拆卸式结构,方便装车运输,也便于异地反复使用。

具体实施方式
图1、图2示出,第一钢管和第二钢管采用法兰连接方式,第二钢管与第三钢管的连接方式同样为法兰连接方式。本新型由三段钢管连接组成,三段钢管的直径和壁厚均相同;第一钢管1的右端上焊接有法兰盘,第二钢管2的左端上和右端上均焊接有法兰盘,第三钢管的左端上焊接有法兰盘,且第一钢管右端与第二钢管左端通过法兰盘经螺栓3连接,第二钢管右端与第三钢管左端通过法兰盘经螺栓连接。第一钢管、第二钢管以及第三钢管的长度相同或不相同。
图1中,法兰盘1a焊接在第一钢管右端上,法兰盘1a上开有六个孔,同样地,法兰盘2a焊接在第二钢管左端上,法兰盘2a上同样地开有六个孔,螺栓3(六个)将法兰盘1a与法兰盘2a紧固。此外,第一、第二、第三钢管的直径和壁厚(管壁厚)也可以不相同,但同样可以采用法兰盘连接,螺栓紧固。

1.一种箱体箍架支撑管,其特征是:由三段钢管连接组成,三段钢管的直径和壁厚均相同;第一钢管(1)的右端上焊接有法兰盘,第二钢管(2)的左端上和右端上均焊接有法兰盘,第三钢管的左端上焊接有法兰盘,且第一钢管右端与第二钢管左端通过法兰盘经螺栓(3)连接,第二钢管右端与第三钢管左端通过法兰盘经螺栓连接。
