本实用新型属于建筑结构工程技术领域,特别涉及一种连孔钢梁。
背景技术
目前,钢结构楼盖竖向承重构件常采用实腹钢梁或桁架。实腹钢梁制作方便,梁柱及梁梁间连接节点简单。但腹板只允许直径较小的设备管线穿过,对于如风管等尺寸较大的管线只能吊挂在钢梁的下翼缘,这势必会抬高楼层的层高。受截面特性决定,在全长范围,钢梁的腹板并不能充分发挥,材料利用率不高。
桁架对设备管线的布置适应性较强,材料利用率也较高。但加工制作复杂,桁架间及桁架与框架柱的连接处理起来也不方便。
发明内容
为了克服上述技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种连孔钢梁,制作方便,连接节点简单,设备管线穿越方便简单。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种连孔钢梁,包括有多个钢管、上翼缘板、下翼缘板及腹板,所述钢管沿梁长方向竖密相连排列,所述上翼缘板焊在钢管的上表面,所述下翼缘板焊在钢管的下表面,最外侧钢管的外端及钢管与上翼缘板、下翼缘板之间设有所述的腹板,用焊缝连成一体。
所述钢管形状为圆形或方形或椭圆形或菱形。
所述钢管为无缝管、直缝管、螺旋管、高频焊管或由钢板焊接而成的管材。
所述焊缝为角焊缝。
本实用新型的有益效果主要表现在:1、设备管线穿越方便简单;2、施工制作方便,材料利用率高。

参照附图1-3,一种连孔钢梁,包括有多个圆钢管1、上翼缘板21、下翼缘板22及腹板3,所述圆钢管沿梁长方向竖密相连排列,所述上翼缘板焊在钢管的上表面,所述下翼缘板焊在钢管的下表面,最外侧钢管的外端及钢管与上翼缘板、下翼缘板之间设有所述的腹板,用焊缝连成一体。所述圆钢管为直缝焊管。所述焊缝为角焊缝。
实施例二:
参照附图4-6,一种连孔钢梁,包括有多个椭圆钢管1,所述椭圆钢管沿梁长方向紧密平排布置;所述椭圆钢管为钢板卷曲焊接而成。其余同实施例一。
实施例三:
参照附图7-9,一种连孔钢梁,包括有多个菱形钢管1,所述菱形钢管沿梁长方向紧密平排布置;所述菱形钢管为钢板焊接而成。其余同实施例一。

1.一种连孔钢梁,包括有多个钢管、上翼缘板、下翼缘板及腹板,所述钢管沿梁长方向竖密相连排列,所述上翼缘板焊在钢管的上表面,所述下翼缘板焊在钢管的下表面,最外侧钢管的外端及钢管与上翼缘板、下翼缘板之间设有所述的腹板,用焊缝连成一体。
2.如权利要求1所述的连孔钢梁,其特征在于:所述钢管形状为圆形或方形或椭圆形或菱形。
3.如权利要求2所述的连孔钢梁,其特征在于:所述钢管为无缝管、直缝管、螺旋管、高频焊管或由钢板焊接而成的管材。
4.如权利要求3所述的连孔钢梁,其特征在于:所述焊缝为角焊缝。
