本实用新型属于散热器类。
技术背景
暖气片是工业和居民必备的采暖用品,目前使用的暖气片,绝大部都是铸造而成的,其问题是:重量大用铁多、承压力低易爆裂、美感性差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是:提供一种重量轻用铁少、承压力大不易爆裂、美感性好的钢板制柱型散热器。
本实用新的技术措施是:采用条状钢板冲压成异形单片,单片上冲有三条凹半圆形的水道,单片上下端中部分别冲有凹半球形进出水孔;左右两个异形单片对扣周向焊接形成一个单个采暖体,两面贴合处相互点焊;将多个单个采暖体对接将上下进出水孔周向焊接组成散热器;散热器两侧的进出水孔中焊接有丝母。
本实用新型的钢板制柱型散热器有重量轻、耐压强的积极效果。

具体实施例
首先将条状钢板冲压成异形左右单片1和2,单片1和2形状相同。每个单片上冲有三条凹半圆形的水道7(见图3),单片上下端中部分别冲有凹半球形进出水孔。然后将两个异形单片1和2对扣周向焊接成一个单个采暖体,两个贴合面相互点焊,4是点焊的焊点,5是单片周向焊缝;最后将多个单个采暖体对接将上下进水孔周向焊接组成散热器,6是水口焊缝。散热器两侧的进出水孔中焊接有丝母3。这种散器有承压力大、美感性好的特点。

Claims (1)

1.一种钢板制柱型散热器,其特征是:
a.由条形钢板冲压成的异形单片,单片上冲有三条凹半圆形的水道,单片上下端中部分别冲有凹半球形进出水孔;左右两个异形单片对扣周向焊接形成一个单个采暖体;两个贴合面处相互焊接;
b.将多个单个采暖体对接将上下进出水孔周向焊接组成散热器;
c.散热器两则的进出水孔中焊接有丝母。
