本实用新型涉及的是一种管道连接用金属波纹管，属于连接管件。
背景技术
目前市场上常见的分体式空气调节器所用的金属波纹连接管有两种：一种是按所需长度一段一段将波纹管体焊接而成，另一种是在管体两端距端口500毫米是波纹管。前一种常常因虚焊等原因，导致制冷剂的渗漏影响制冷效果。后一种经二次以上安装后，很容易造成管道扁痹或折裂造成制冷介质溢出，失去空调性能。
发明内容
针对以上缺陷，本实用新型提供了一种能配套适用于相应规格的一本体的波纹连接管，它无需焊接，可以实现多次弯曲安装，连接位置准确。尤其是适用于中央集中变频空调器。
为了达到以上目的，本实用新型采用了如下技术方案：一种金属波纹管，它至少由一段波纹管构成，所述管体至少一端为直管，波纹管与直管间隔形成一管体。
本实用新型所述管体长度为3米至15米，管径为φ16至φ32毫米。所述的管体是采用抗氧化铜合金管材。
采用以上技术方案后，本实用新型的有益效果如下：本实用新型与现有技术相比，无需焊接，具有工艺简单，使用方便，便于弯曲，耐压强度高、抗氧化能力强，寿命长等特点。

具体实施方式
根据图1所示，一种金属波纹管，它至少由一段波纹管1构成，所述管体2至少一端为直管3，所述波纹管1与直管3间隔形成一管体2。
本实用新型所述的管体2是采用抗氧化铜合金管材。管体2的长度为3米至15米，管径为φ16毫米至φ32毫米。经波纹成型机及专用模具旋压而成。
本实用新型在任意长度加工中，只需改变管道的夹持位置，即可加工成所需波纹管体2。

1.一种金属波纹管，它至少由一段波纹管(1)构成，所述管体(2)至少一端为直管(3)，其特征在于所述波纹管(1)与直管(3)间隔形成一管体(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属波纹管，其特征在于所述的管体(2)是采用抗氧化铜合金管材。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属波纹管，其特征在于管体(2)的长度为3米至15米，管径为φ16毫米至φ32毫米。
