Abstract

一种太阳能草木气化装置,把吸热线管装在架子上组成一排,把出气口用管子连接在一起,接散热器后接气压泵。太阳能吸热管内装入干柴,太阳能吸热管内温度高于柴草燃点,柴草在管内分解为木炭和可燃气,通过散热器把可燃气体散热并把可燃气中的水分冷凝排出,把散热后的可燃气用气压泵压入储存罐。

太阳能草木气化装置
技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种利用太阳能把柴草和木头分解为木炭和可燃气的机械装置。 
背景技术:目前生产木炭一般采用燃烧的方式,这样会生成大量烟雾,污染环境,使柴草的能量大部分浪费。 
发明内容:为了解决现有木炭生产浪费能源,污染环节的弊端,本实用新型提供一种太阳能草木气化装置,利用太阳的热能把柴草、木头分解为木炭和可燃气。 
本实用新型解决技术问题采用的方案是:把一边有口的铁管装在一边有口的玻璃管内,铁管外面镀有吸热层,口部铁管长于玻璃环,铁管长出部分外面加工螺丝纹,用螺丝盖密闭铁管口,螺丝盖上开有出气空,铁管与玻璃之间的端部密闭,并使空间真空,这样组成一个太阳能吸热管,把这样的吸热线管装在架子上组成一排,把出气口用管子连接在一起,接散热器后接气压泵。太阳能吸热管内装入干柴,太阳能吸热管内温度高于柴草燃点,柴草在管内分解为木炭和可燃气,通过散热器把可燃气体散热并把可燃气中的水分冷凝排出,把散热后的可燃气用气压泵压入储存罐。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:解决了木炭生产过程中烟雾污染的问题,并充分地利用了柴草的能量,生产的可燃气能替代天燃气和石油液化汽,是一种可循环利用的再生能源。

图2为柴草气化装置结构原理图。其中(1)支架、(2)吸热管、(3)输气管、(4)散热器、(5)储气罐、(6)气压泵、(7)排水口。 
具体实施方法:在图1中吸热管中加入柴草。由于玻璃管(1)和铁管(3)中间为真空,能够保温,吸热层(2)吸热后把铁管(3)中的柴草加热分解成木炭和可燃气。铁管(3)口由密封盖(4)密封,产生的可燃气由出气口(5)排出。 
在图(2)中,把吸热管(2)固定在支架(1)上组成一排,把吸热管出气口由输气管(3)连在一起,并组成散热器(4),气压泵(6)把可燃气泵入储气罐(5)储存。水分由排水口(7)排出。

1.一种太阳能草木气化装置,它由支架、吸热管、输气管、散热器、储气罐、气压泵组成,其特征是:把吸热线管装在架子上组成一排,把出气口用管子连接在一起,接散热器后接气压泵,太阳能吸热管内装入干柴,太阳能吸热管内温度高于柴草燃点,柴草在管内分解为木炭和可燃气,通过散热器把可燃气体散热并把可燃气中的水分冷凝排出,把散热后的可燃气用气压泵压入储存罐。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能草木气化装置,其特征是:把一边有口的铁管装在一边有口的玻璃管内,铁管外面镀有吸热层,口部铁管长于玻璃环,铁管长出部分外面加工螺丝纹,用螺丝盖密闭铁管口,螺丝盖上开有出气空,铁管与玻璃之间的端部密闭,并使空间真空,这样组成一个太阳能吸热管。
