Abstract
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种构造简单、使用方便、充分利用太阳能资源、可随意移动安装位置的太阳能沼气装置。它是由沼气箱和太阳能集热器组成的,沼气箱连接太阳能集热器。沼气箱包括进料口、出料口、观察窗和下箱体;进料口和出料口设置在下箱体的两个侧面,观察窗位于下箱体的一个端面。所述的太阳能集热器包括上箱体、真空集热管和输气管;真空集热管位于上箱体的外表面,输气管设置在上箱体的上方。本实用新型一种太阳能沼气装置,利用太阳能产生的热量给沼气发生器提供必要的温度,使沼气装置在寒冷的冬季也能产生沼气,提高了沼气装置的利用率,节省能源,构造简单,可移动,使用方便。
Description
(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及太阳能技术,具体说就是一种太阳能沼气装置。
(二)背景技术
沼气是有机物质在厌氧环境中,在一定的温度、湿度、酸碱度的条件下,通过微生物发酵作用,产生的一种可燃气体。由于这种气体最初是在沼泽、湖泊、池塘中发现的,所以人们叫它沼气。沼气含有多种气体,主要成分是甲烷(CH4)。沼气细菌分解有机物,产生沼气的过程,叫沼气发酵。随着我国沼气科学技术的发展和农村家用沼气的推广,根据当地使用要求和气温、地质等条件建起了许多家用沼气池。家用沼气池有固定拱盖的水压式池、大揭盖水压式池、吊管式水压式池、曲流布料水压式池、顶返水水压式池、分离浮罩式池、半塑式池、全塑式池和罐式池。形式虽然多种多样,但是归总起来大体由水压式沼气池、浮罩式沼气池、半塑式沼气池和罐式沼气池四种基本类型变化形成的。这些沼气池都是固定设置,基本上不能移动。沼气发酵需要一定的温度,在我国北方冬季寒冷,沼气池内达不到发酵温度,沼气生成比较困难。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种构造简单、使用方便、充分利用太阳能资源、可随意移动安装位置的太阳能沼气装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:它是由沼气箱1和太阳能集热器组成的;沼气箱1连接太阳能集热器2。
本实用新型还有以下技术特征:
(1)所述的沼气箱1包括进料口5、出料口6、观察窗7和下箱体8;进料口5和出料口6设置在下箱体8的两个侧面,观察窗7位于下箱体8的一个端面。
(2)所述的太阳能集热器2包括上箱体3、真空集热管4和输气管9;真空集热管4位于上箱体3的外表面,输气管9设置在上箱体3的上方。
本实用新型一种太阳能沼气装置,利用太阳能产生的热量给沼气发生器提供必要的温度,使沼气装置在寒冷的冬季也能产生沼气,提高了沼气装置的利用率,节省能源,构造简单,可移动,使用方便。

下面结合附图举例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
实施例1,结合图1,本实用新型一种太阳能沼气装置,它是由沼气箱(1)和太阳能集热器(2)组成的;沼气箱(1)连接太阳能集热器(2)。所述的沼气箱(1)包括进料口(5)、出料口(6)、观察窗(7)和下箱体(8);进料口(5)和出料口(6)设置在下箱体(8)的两个侧面,观察窗(7)位于下箱体(8)的一个端面。所述的太阳能集热器(2)包括上箱体(3)、真空集热管(4)和输气管(9);真空集热管(4)位于上箱体(3)的外表面,输气管(9)设置在上箱体(3)的上方。
实施例2,结合图1,本实用新型一种太阳能沼气装置,它是由沼气箱(1)和太阳能集热器(2)组成的;沼气箱(1)与太阳能集热器(2)之间的连接为密封连接,所述的进料口(5)、出料口(6)和观察窗(7)均做密封处理,保证沼气箱(1)的密闭性以防沼气泄漏。
实施例3,结合图1,本实用新型一种太阳能沼气装置,所述的太阳能集热器(2)采用真空集热管,将太阳能产生的热量传导至沼气箱(1)以提高发酵温度。

1.一种太阳能沼气装置,它是由沼气箱(1)和太阳能集热器(2)组成的;其特征在于:沼气箱(1)连接太阳能集热器(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能沼气装置,其特征在于:所述的沼气箱(1)包括进料口(5)、出料口(6)、观察窗(7)和下箱体(8);进料口(5)和出料口(6)设置在下箱体(8)的两个侧面,观察窗(7)位于下箱体(8)的一个端面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能沼气装置,其特征在于:所述的太阳能集热器(2)包括上箱体(3)、真空集热管(4)和输气管(9);真空集热管(4)位于上箱体(3)的外表面,输气管(9)设置在上箱体(3)的上方。
