技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型属于太阳能应用技术领域,具体涉及一种结构简单,工作稳定可靠,能够充分太阳热并能高效率产生蒸汽用于发电的太阳能蒸煮装置。
背景技术
[0002] 太阳能作为一种清洁的能源,取之不尽,用之不竭,利用太阳能一般是通过光电转换使其转变成电能,或者以集热的方式利用其热能,还有太阳能干燥器、太阳能蒸馏器、太阳能温室等利用方式,但是利用效率都不高。应用最多的还仅停留在热水利用的初级水平,即太阳能热水器。这种利用方式通常属于间断式利用,即白天集热产生热水,供其他时间利用,不仅蓄热水箱会自然散热,而且基本上家居使用的热水管道都是不经过保温处理,虽然采用的是导热系数比较低的塑料管,长时间滞留其中能量散失是必然的,在很大的问题。利用太阳能一般是光电转换使其转变成电能,或者以集热的方式利用其热能。在热能利用上, 聚光式收集太阳能是提高太阳能集中度的一种方法,多用于光伏发电,或者用于高温熔融一些物质,其应用范围有待于进一步拓宽。

[0010] 所述的蒸汽导管4之上设置蒸汽缓冲箱5。[0011] 所述的蒸汽导管4以及依次连接蒸汽缓冲箱5、蒸汽恒压装置6、蒸煮装置7的保温管道均为真空保温导管。也可在蒸汽导管外设置保温层,即采用不锈钢、镀锌钢管、铝管、铜管保温处理,同样可以实现本实用新型的目的。

[0018] 所述的集热装置I和蒸煮装置7集成设置于可移动平台上,以方便将其设置于能够高效率采集阳光的地方,便于野外使用。可采取壁挂式可设置于迎光的墙面上或阳台外侧;落地式可设置于地面或屋顶上;还可采用可调式支架以跟踪阳光。以上方式均可实现本实用新型的目的。

1. 一种太阳能蒸煮装置,包括集热装置(I)和蒸煮装置(7),所述的集热装置(I)之进水管(3)连接补水箱(12),其特征是:所述的集热装置(I)之蒸汽导管(4)连接蒸煮装置(7)。
2.根据权利要求I所述的太阳能蒸煮装置,其特征是:所述的蒸汽导管(4)之上设置蒸汽缓冲箱(5)。
3.根据权利要求I或2所述的太阳能蒸煮装置,其特征是:所述的蒸汽导管(4)以及依次连接蒸汽缓冲箱(5 )、蒸汽恒压装置(6 )、蒸煮装置(7 )的保温管道均为真空保温导管。
4.根据权利要求2所述的太阳能蒸煮装置,其特征是:所述的蒸汽缓冲箱(5)为承压式结构水箱。
5.根据权利要求I所述的太阳能蒸汽发电装置,其特征是:所述的集热装置(I)为平板 式、翼管式、蛇管式、扁盒式、圆管式或热管式集热装置。
