Abstract

技术领域

背景技术
由现有技术中公开了用于车轮轴承和车轮轴承单元的保护帽。该保护帽过去尤其用于保护具有ABS能力的车轮轴承单元的信号发生器。由此,防止磁性的信号发生器(编码器(Encoder))被磁性污物颗粒弄脏并且防止检测可靠性出现问题。同样地,保护帽也在非磁性污物颗粒情况下相应地起作用,非磁性污物颗粒同样可以避开其中布置有滚动体的轴承以及尤其是避开滚动腔。 
由DE 199 47 157A1公开了一种带有具备ABS能力的滚动轴承单元的保护系统,该保护系统具有一体的信号发生器,该信号发生器为了转动而与转动中的轴承圈相连接,并且具有永磁极,以用于与外部传感器相互作用。该信号发生器通过与信号发生器间隔地布置在滚动轴承单元上的软磁性壳套加以磁屏蔽。此外,该屏蔽也避开外部环境的污物颗粒。

本实用新型基于如下认识:必须与基本上呈盘状的保护帽有所不同,以便确保所期望的保护。 
该任务通过开头所述类型的车轮轴承单元借助如下方式来解决:所述车轮轴承单元承载有在车辆侧遮盖车轮轴承单元的保护帽,其中,保护帽也在径向和轴向上遮盖第一密封系统。第一密封系统也称作接口密封件,这是因为该第一密封系统被设置在承载相对端啮合部的驱动元件与轮毂之间,以用于密封接口。 
由此,保护帽不仅可以用于保护车轮轴承单元,必要时还有信号发生器,以及还可以对保护支承端啮合部的第一密封系统加以保护。 保护帽由此可以用于保护多个构件。在此,保护帽的形状与密封系统的形状相匹配,以便实现径向和轴向的遮盖。 
在有利的实施方式中,保护帽借助保护帽的空心圆柱形端块的压合座而固定在车轮轴承单元的外圈上。尽管车轮轴承单元的外圈并不包括端啮合部,但该外圈仍可以用作对于保护帽的回挡件。就此而言,保护帽的形状必须是空心,使得当保护帽固定在外圈上时,至少部分包围端啮合部的第一密封系统并不妨碍保护帽的固定,而是至少部分或完全布置在由保护帽撑开的空间内。 
有利的是,压合座的挤压力设计如下:使得保护帽能手动地移除。这通过在空心圆柱形的端块的内半径与外圈的外半径之间的相应配合来实现。两个半径的选择必须产生负余隙(negativen Spiel),该负余隙同样可以依赖于所使用的材料。例如,负余隙的量可以在塑料保护帽的情况下由于塑料的硬度等级低而比由金属构成的保护帽的情况更大地设置。在使用塑料时,形成了明显的成本优点。外圈大多由滚动轴承钢制造。 
备选地,端块可以具有其他形状,例如圆锥形或者球形形状。为了保证在外圈上的固定,在端块内侧上设置隆起部,隆起部与外圈发生贴靠。通过隆起部也可以保证弹性的、直径上的预紧力,保护帽以该预紧力而固定在外圈上。有利的是,保护帽借助端块的多个隆起部的压合座而固定在车轮轴承单元的外圈上。 
优选的是,保护帽的环形区段的支承面设置为用于外圈的止挡面。这样的支承面理想地为轴向面或备选地为圆锥面,该支承面可以吸收轴向的力传递,该力传递在挤压保护帽时必须被挡住。

1.车轮轴承单元,所述车轮轴承单元具有:端啮合部(6),其用于传递转矩并且构造在滚动铆接轴环(5)上;第一密封系统(7、8),其至少部分径向包围所述端啮合部(6),其特征在于,所述车轮轴承单元承载有在车辆侧遮盖所述车轮轴承单元的保护帽(25),其中,所述保护帽(25)也在径向上以及在轴向上遮盖所述第一密封系统。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车轮轴承单元,其中,所述保护帽(25)借助所述保护帽(25)的空心圆柱形的端块(13)的压合座而固定在所述车轮轴承单元的外圈(1)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车轮轴承单元,其中,所述保护帽(25)借助所述端块(13)的多个隆起部(27)的压合座而固定在所述车轮轴承单元的外圈(1)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车轮轴承单元,其中,设置第二密封系统(7、8)用于密封滚动腔。
5.根据上述权利要求之一所述的车轮轴承单元,其中,所述保护帽(25)在轴向上和/或在径向上遮盖信号发生器(12)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的车轮轴承单元,其中,所述信号发生器(12)布置在所述第一密封系统(7、8)中和/或布置在所述第二密封系统(2)中。
7.根据权利要求5所述的车轮轴承单元,其中,所述第一密封系统(7、8)和所述第二密封系统(2)一起形成一体的密封系统。
8.根据权利要求5所述的车轮轴承单元,其中,在所述信号发生 器(12)与所述保护帽(25)之间设置有气隙,从而避免了所述信号发生器(12)与在所述保护帽(25)外部的元件的磁性相互作用。
9.根据权利要求1所述的车轮轴承单元,其中,所述第一密封系统(7、8)由载体(7)和弹性部分(8)形成。
10.根据权利要求9所述的车轮轴承单元,其中,所述弹性部分(8)在轴向端部具有径向朝内指向的密封唇(9)。
