本实用新型公开了一种具有汇流条的变频器驱动板,其包括驱动板本体,驱动板本体上设有输入相裸铜区和输出相裸铜区,其还包括固定于输入相裸铜区及或输出相裸铜区上的汇流条。通过在驱动板,即PCB板的,输入相(R、S、T)和输出相(U、V、W)的裸铜区固定汇流条,增加铜皮的通电能力以及散热能力,可以达到降低裸铜区温升的目的。

本实用新型主要运用在变频器等电器产品驱动板PCB方案等领域
背景技术
在变频器驱动板,一般为PCB板,的光耦和分流器方案中,驱动板上输入相(R、S、T)和输出相(U、V、W)导电仅依靠PCB自身的铜皮部分,如图1所示。这会产生如下局限性:首先,鉴于PCB空间的限制,变频器驱动板上输入相(R、S、T)和输出相(U、V、W)铜皮宽度受到限制;其次,PCB铜皮厚度0.07mm,镀锡层厚度0.03mm,厚度范围偏小,而PCB铜皮厚度的增加会大幅度增加PCB成本,以及要求更大的PCB设计空间。
实用新型内容
为解决前述问题,本实用新型的目的之一在于提供了一种低成本的、在有限的空间内即可解决温升问题具有变频器驱动板。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供的具有汇流条的变频器驱动板,包括驱动板本体,驱动板本体上设有输入相裸铜区和输出相裸铜区,还包括固定于输入相裸铜区及或输出相裸铜区上的汇流条。
通过在驱动板,即PCB板的,输入相(R、S、T)和输出相(U、V、W)的裸铜区固定汇流条,增加铜皮的通电能力以及散热能力,可以达到降低裸铜区温升的目的。
汇流条优选采用与裸铜区相同的材质制成,且具有与裸铜区的形状相对应的形状。尤其优选的是,采用1-2mm的紫铜板,开模加工生产而成,汇流条的大小依照裸铜区的形状向内收敛1mm。
为了简化生产工艺,提高生产效率,优选的是,汇流条表面镀雾锡,并通过回流焊工艺焊接于输入相裸铜区和输出相裸铜区。
此方案采用后,通过实验测得,可使驱动板输入输出各相裸铜区温升降低6℃-10℃,大幅提高了驱动板,即PCB的可靠性,达到了变频器的设计要求。

具体实施方式
下面将参照附图对本实用新型的实施例做进一步的说明,应该理解,这些说明意在方便本领域技术人员理解本实用新型,而并非意在将本实用新型限制在实施例所描述的范围内。
参照图2,,本实用新型提供的具有汇流条的变频器驱动板包括驱动板本体100,驱动板本体上设有输入相R、S、T的裸铜区21、22、23和输出相U、V、W的裸铜区31、32、33,在这些裸铜区上分别固定有与其形状相对应的汇流条41、42、43、44、45、46。
通过在驱动板,即PCB板的,输入相R、S、T和输出相U、V、W的裸铜区固定汇流条41至46,可增加铜皮的通电能力以及散热能力,并可以达到降低裸铜区温升的目的。
汇流条41至46优选采用与裸铜区相同的材质制成,且具有与裸铜区的形状相对应的形状。尤其优选的是,如图3所示,采用1-2mm的紫铜板,开模加工生产而成,汇流条的大小依照裸铜区的形状向内收敛1mm。
为了简化生产工艺,提高生产效率,优选的是,汇流条表面镀雾锡,并通过回流焊工艺焊接于输入相裸铜区和输出相裸铜区。

1.具有汇流条的变频器驱动板,包括,驱动板本体,驱动板本体上设有输入相裸铜区和输出相裸铜区,其特征在于:还包括固定于输入相裸铜区及或输出相裸铜区上的汇流条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有汇流条的变频器驱动板,其特征在于:汇流条采用与裸铜区相同的材质制成,且具有与裸铜区的形状相对应的形状。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有汇流条的变频器驱动板,其特征在于:汇流条采用1-2mm的紫铜板,开模加工生产而成,汇流条的大小依照裸铜区的形状向内收敛1mm。
4.根据权利要求2所述的具有汇流条的变频器驱动板,其特征在于:汇流条表面镀雾锡,并通过回流焊工艺焊接于输入相裸铜区和输出相裸铜区。
