Abstract
本实用新型提供的是锂电池封盖。在封盖的四周分别设置有竖直封边,在封盖上设有穿过阴极柱和阳极柱的锥面电极柱孔,在两锥面电极柱孔之间设置有防爆帽。本实用新型在电池封盖上分别设置锥面电极柱孔、防爆帽和竖直封边,因此不但电池封装容易,而且还能够防止电解液渗漏,同时具有抗爆的作用。适宜作为锂电池封盖应用。

本实用新型提供的是电池领域的锂电池封盖。
背景技术
现有锂电池的封盖上只有接线柱,没有防爆帽,所以当电池内收到温度升高导致压力增大时,容易引起电池壳爆裂,使电解液流出,导致电池的损坏。该种电池封盖没有封边,所以组装焊接困难。
发明内容
为了防止锂电池壳爆裂,本实用新型提供了锂电池封盖。该封盖通过在封盖上设置锥面电极柱孔和防爆帽及竖直封边,解决电池盖封装和防爆的技术问题。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的方案是:在封盖的四周分别设置有竖直封边,在封盖上设有穿过阴极柱和阳极柱的锥面电极柱孔,在两锥面电极柱孔之间设置有防爆帽。
积极效果,本实用新型在电池封盖上分别设置锥面电极柱孔、防爆帽和竖直封边,因此不但电池封装容易,而且还能够防止电解液渗漏,同时具有抗爆的作用。适宜作为锂电池封盖应用。

具体实施方式
据图所示,在封盖1的四周分别设置有竖直封边1.1,在封盖上设有穿过阴极柱和阳极柱的锥面电极柱孔1.2,在两锥面电极柱孔之间设置有防爆帽2。
锥面电极柱孔的锥面设置在封板的下侧。
防爆帽为薄壁结构,根据电池类型设定厚度和安全压强耐受值。
本实用新型的特点:
1、由于在封盖的四周设置有竖直封边,有利于与电池壳紧密安装,并方便焊接与封装。
2、由于在封盖上设置的锥面电极柱孔具有锥面,有利于电极柱与封盖的密封,防止电解液泄露。
3、由于在封盖上设置有防爆帽,因此当电池内压力升高时,通过防爆帽泄压,防止电池壳爆裂引起电解液的污染。
