本实用新型公开了一种通信锰酸锂软包装电池定型用壳体,由硬质材质的桶体和顶盖构成,顶盖上设有与之绝缘的两个接线柱,桶体与顶盖接合处密封。所述桶体和顶盖为硬塑料注塑而成,接合处涂紫外固化胶,或者由铝材冲压而成,接合处焊接,铝壳体顶盖边角处有防爆橡皮塞。本实用新型用作通信用锰酸锂软包装电池的硬外壳,使电池同时具有软包装和硬壳包装的优点,而弥补了各自的不足,外形规范,不易机械损伤,封装简单,安全性好,制作成本低,延长使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种通信锰酸锂软包装电池定型用壳体,属于蓄电池外壳范畴。
背景技术
目前用于大容量锂离子电池的壳体有两类,一是硬壳包装,如铝和不锈钢,它的好处是外型规范,不易机械性损伤,缺点是安全性差,加工难度大,设备投资大。另一种是铝塑复合膜包装(软包装),它的优点是安全性好,封装设备和工艺简单,但其缺点是外形不规范,不耐机械损伤,长期使用,由于电解液的侵蚀,电池容易鼓胀,影响电池使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有大容量锂电池壳体的不足之处,提供一种外型规范、制作成本低、提高电池安全性和使用寿命的通信锰酸锂软包装电池定型用壳体。
本实用新型的技术方案是:通信锰酸锂软包装电池定型用壳体由硬质材质的桶体和顶盖构成,顶盖上设有与之绝缘的两个接线柱,桶体与顶盖接合处密封。
进一步的方案是:所述桶体和顶盖为硬塑料材质,桶体与顶盖接合处涂有紫外固化胶;或者所述桶体和顶盖为铝材质,桶体与顶盖接合处焊接成一体,顶盖的边角处有圆孔,圆孔内有橡皮塞。
本实用新型提供的壳体用作软包装电池的硬质外壳,使蓄电池,特别是用于通信行业的大容量锂离子电池同时具有软包装和硬壳包装的优点,而弥补了各自的缺点,不仅外形规范、不易机械损伤,而且封装工艺简单、安全性好,制作成本低,延长使用寿命。

具体实施方式
参见图1,用卷绕法做成10Ah电芯,制成锰酸锂软包装电池1,外形尺寸11×80×200mm3用ABS掺混聚丙烯注塑成桶体2和顶盖3,桶体内腔尺寸11.5×80.5×200mm3,厚度1.5mm,顶盖尺寸11.5×80.5×1.5mm3,顶盖上注塑成两个M10接线柱4,将软包装电池放入桶体焊好极耳,合上顶盖,在顶盖与桶体接合处涂紫外固化胶。
参见图2,同法制成软包装电池1,再用冲压法将3003金属铝制作桶体5和顶盖6,尺寸同上。在顶盖6上通过绝缘垫片7和夹紧螺母固定两个M10接线柱8,顶盖与桶体接合处激光焊接(或氩弧焊),顶盖边角处有Φ3mm圆孔,孔内有Φ4mm的锥形橡胶塞9,起到防爆作用。

1.一种通信锰酸锂软包装电池定型用壳体,其特征是该壳体由硬质材质的桶体和顶盖构成,顶盖上设有与之绝缘的两个接线柱,桶体与顶盖接合处密封。
2.按权利要求1所述通信锰酸锂软包装电池定型用壳体,其特征是所述桶体和顶盖为硬塑料材质,桶体与顶盖接合处涂有紫外固化胶。
3.按权利要求1所述通信锰酸锂软包装电池定型用壳体,其特征是所述桶体和顶盖为铝材质,桶体与顶盖接合处焊接成一体,顶盖的边角处有圆孔,圆孔内有橡皮塞。
