背景技术
挤出机是塑机行业中一种常用的设备,而机筒则是挤出机上的一个重要部件。通常的机筒进料段内壁是光滑的,但是在实际使用的时候,发现料在进入到进料段时容易打滑,对料的前进带来了一定的影响,比如料的塑化程度。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种保证原料合理进料速度的机筒。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:一种机筒,包括进料段、塑化段和挤出段,所述机筒位于进料段的内壁上沿圆周方向上设置有若干条槽。
所述槽宽2~3mm,槽深2.5~3mm。
本实用新型的有益效果是:在机筒进料段内壁上设置槽之后,增加了料进入机筒后与螺杆的摩擦力,使得料不容易打滑,保证了料前进的速度,从而不影响料的塑化效果。

如图1所示,本实用新型所述的机筒,包括进料段1、塑化段2和挤出段3,所述机筒位于进料段1的内壁上沿圆周方向上设置有若干条槽4。其中,所述槽宽2~3mm,槽深2.5~3mm。
经过实践证明,在机筒进料段1内壁上设置槽4之后,增加了料进入机筒后与螺杆的摩擦力,使得料不容易打滑,保证了料前进的速度,从而不影响料的塑化效果,即使是碰上复杂的料,如容易塑化的薄膜和性能差、不容易塑化的PE、PP等塑料及橡胶,都可以保证料的合理前进速度。
