本实用新型涉及一种单轨转向架受电弓焊接翻转夹具。
背景技术
生产重庆单轨转向架受电弓工件（以下简称工件），焊接时必须将600mm长的工件立起来，使工件上的多数焊缝处于平焊位置。由于工件两端不是平面很不规则，焊接时必须在平台上用一些垫铁垫在立起来的工件下面，使工件保持平衡状态。但是在焊接时由于工件受热有时变形，使工件失去平衡，造成在焊接时工件倒下砸伤操作者的现象。当焊接完工件的一面时，工件受到电弧的高温变得很热，操作者很难翻转并固定工件。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种单轨转向架受电弓焊接翻转夹具，能够固定翻转受电弓，使其到达焊接最佳焊接位置（平焊位置），保证操作者焊接时的安全，克服了高温时受电弓无法翻转的困难。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供一种单轨转向架受电弓焊接翻转夹具，其特征在于：翻转固定架上焊接一管轴用来旋转受电弓，管轴上设有锁紧销，管轴上连接防变形板。
本实用新型操作简单，通过管轴可以旋转受电弓，可任意翻转调整角度，使焊接处于最佳焊接位置，提高焊接质量及工作效率。装卡受电弓时非常牢固稳定，保证操作者焊接时的安全。
