一、     技术领域
本实用新型是重载铁路T梁预应力钢绞线整束穿束工具。
二、背景技术
目前,铁路T梁预制钢绞线穿索主要是将整束钢绞线人工穿过整个预应力管道,但是,由于钢绞线的刚度比较大,尤其是端部有刃口,很容易与预应力管道相抵,穿索效果差,费时费力。
三、     发明内容
为了解决以上缺陷,本实用新型提供一种结构简单的铁路T梁预应力钢绞线整束穿束工具。
本实用新型采取的技术方案是:重载铁路T梁预应力钢绞线整束穿束工具,由紧固部件和牵拉部件组成,所述的紧固部件为外大内小的筒状结构,所述的牵拉部件为顶端带孔的空芯件,所述的紧固部件和牵拉部件固定连接相通。
本实用新型还设计了所述的牵拉部件为椭球形。
本实用新型将一整束的几根钢绞线端部插入紧固部件中,将中心部位顶杆打紧,确保钢绞线与穿束工具密贴,采用卷扬机带动穿束工具一端进入孔道,进而从另一端穿出,在穿束过程中不会在孔道中间部位脱落,穿束完成后进行张拉,因为是整束穿孔,钢绞线位置不会错乱,由于所述的紧固部件为外大内小的筒状结构,在牵引过程中,钢绞线越拉越紧,进而有效的保证预应力。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型结构简单、成本低、只需一人控制,大大提高了穿索效率,省时省力,保证了T梁预应力施加的准确性,确保了T梁质量。
