Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种动臂塔式起重机立塔安装使用的塔机安装辅助穿绳机构，是在地面设置一个辅助卷扬装置，并在塔机臂尖处加装辅助导绳轮，辅助卷扬装置与臂尖辅助导绳轮垂直对应；由辅助卷扬装置引出的辅助卷扬钢丝绳经辅助导绳轮、吊钩滑轮、臂架滑轮组、塔头排绳轮到平衡臂起升卷扬机构出绳处与起升钢丝绳对接。本实用新型通过辅助卷扬钢丝绳的牵引，将大型动臂式塔机较粗重的起升钢丝绳能够方便的穿引到位，节省了大量人力资源，减少了安装立塔的事故发生率。使装配人员能够安全、便捷的完成塔机的安装。尤其适用于大型动臂塔式起重机的安装。
Description
一、技术领域
本实用新型属于动臂塔式起重机立塔安装技术，具体涉及一种塔机安装辅助穿绳装置。
二、背景技术
动臂式塔机在安装立塔时需要将起升卷扬钢丝绳穿引至臂尖处，目前钢丝绳穿引都是采用人工方式。由于大型塔机吨位较大、机构单绳拉力大、倍率少，导致起升钢丝绳较粗，塔机在立塔安装时浪费了大量人力资源而且事故率较高。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一个塔机安装辅助穿绳机构，以提高动臂塔式起重机钢丝绳穿绳效率。本实用新型采用的技术方案是：塔机安装辅助穿绳机构是在地面设置一个辅助卷扬装置，并在塔机臂尖处加装辅助导绳轮，辅助卷扬装置与臂尖辅助导绳轮垂直对应；由辅助卷扬装置引出的辅助卷扬钢丝绳经辅助导绳轮、吊钩滑轮、臂架滑轮组、塔头排绳轮到平衡臂起升卷扬机构出绳处与起升钢丝绳对接。
启动辅助卷扬装置后，辅助卷扬钢丝绳拉紧，将起升钢丝绳经塔头排绳轮、臂架滑轮组、吊钩滑轮、辅助导绳轮，牵引至塔机臂尖处锁紧。
本实用新型将辅助卷扬钢丝绳沿起升机构绕绳方式反穿到起升卷扬机构出绳处，用地面辅助卷扬装置牵引出起升钢丝绳。很好地解决了因大吨位塔机起升钢丝绳较粗，在安装立塔时给装配人员带来的困难。本实用新型通过辅助卷扬钢丝绳的牵引，将大型动臂式塔机较粗重的起升钢丝绳能够方便的穿引到位，节省了大量人力资源，减少了安装立塔的事故发生率。使装配人员能够安全、便捷的完成塔机的安装。尤其适用于大型动臂塔式起重机的安装。

五、具体实施方式
本实用新型是在地面设置辅助卷扬装置1，并在塔机臂尖处加装辅助导绳轮3。辅助卷扬装置1与臂尖辅助导绳轮3垂直对应，辅助卷扬钢丝绳4经辅助导绳轮3、吊钩滑轮2、臂架滑轮组5、塔头排绳轮6到平衡臂起升卷扬机构7出绳处与起升钢丝绳对接，启动辅助卷扬装置，起升钢丝绳经塔头排绳轮6、臂架滑轮组5、吊钩滑轮2、辅助导绳轮3处与捋直器锁紧。平时辅助卷扬装置1可放置于塔机平衡臂上，作为塔机电动维修吊臂辅助卷扬机构使用。

1.一种塔机安装辅助穿绳机构，其特征是：它是在地面设置一个辅助卷扬装置(1)，并在塔机臂尖处加装辅助导绳轮(3)，辅助卷扬装置(1)与臂尖辅助导绳轮(3)垂直对应；由辅助卷扬装置引出的辅助卷扬钢丝绳(4)经辅助导绳轮(3)、吊钩滑轮(2)、臂架滑轮组(5)、塔头排绳轮(6)到平衡臂起升卷扬机构(7)出绳处与起升钢丝绳对接。
