为了解决上述问题,本实用新型采用了新的传动方法,新的挤出原理,独特的结构设计。制成了一种新的双螺杆陶瓷挤出机。有二根挤出轴。同时挤出。 
本实用新型采用的技术方案是由电动机通过减速器带动一对相互啮合的齿轮使两根挤出轴实现等速的啮合运动。 
本实用新型的有益效果是因采用双轴挤出,在同等条件下功耗小,效率高,挤出压力大,出泥量大。特别是解决了传统单轴挤出不可避免的分子定向排列造成的各向异性及“S”形螺旋线等缺陷。特别适用于薄板形或类似于薄板形的异形件坯体的挤出成形。双轴挤出也使原来单轴挤出,压力成型,等静压成型等无法成型的一些产品的挤出成型成为可能。

具体实施方式
在附图1,2中。主动齿轮(5),被动齿轮(6)分别装在挤出轴A(7),挤出轴B(8)上。电动机通过主动皮带轮(2)被动皮带轮(3)带动减速器(4)。减速以后通过主动齿轮(5),被动齿轮(6)带动挤出轴A(7),挤出轴B(8)实现同步啮合运动。
