背景技术
传统的需铣焊线槽的换向器,它的换向片通常具有双燕尾结构,设有双燕尾的换向片在铣过焊线槽后,焊线槽槽底的径向方向材料厚度会较薄,一般较难承受大的点焊电流,这会影响电机厂对换向器产品的正常点焊工艺;还有,如何使生产的换向器产品具有更好的高速性能也是及其重要的。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种使换向器产品能承受更大点焊电流、高速性能更好的换向器换向片。
本实用新型是采取如下技术方案来完成的:
能承受大点焊电流的换向器换向片,其特征在于:所述的换向器换向片具有双燕尾槽结构,换向片的两侧面设有齿纹。所述齿纹为沿换向片高度方向设置的直齿纹。
本实用新型的换向器换向片,改变传统的双燕尾结构,而是采用双燕尾槽结构,这样在铣焊线槽后,焊线槽槽底的径向方向材料厚度就会大大增厚,于是可以承受更大的点焊电流,从而最大限度满足电机厂的正常点焊工艺。还有,本实用新型换向片通过在两侧面设有齿纹,来加强换向片与换向器塑料模体的结合牢度,增加换向片的径向抗拉强度,从而更好地提高了换向器产品的高速性能。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,本实用新型的能承受大点焊电流的换向器换向片1,具有双燕尾槽2结构,由于采用了双燕尾槽2的结构,所以换向片1在铣焊线槽3后,焊线槽3槽底的径向方向材料厚度H会很厚,可以承受更大的点焊电流,从而最大限度满足电机厂的正常点焊工艺;还有,换向片1的两侧面设有齿纹7,齿纹7为沿换向片1度方向设置的直齿纹,齿纹7的设置加强了换向片与换向器塑料模体的结合牢度,增加了换向片的径向抗拉强度,从而更好地提高了换向器产品的高速性能。
如图2所示,传统换向片4具有双燕尾5结构,换向片4在铣焊线槽6后,焊线槽6槽底的径向方向材料厚度h很薄,不能承受大的点焊电流,影响电机厂对换向器产品的正常点焊工艺。
