【背景技术】
传统的钩型换向器制作工序多,包括有:换向片由成型拉拔铜材冲制形成,换向片排片压塑,换向器车外圆、车内孔、车端面、车钩圆、铣钩槽等,最后弯钩成型。上述的车钩圆工序,指的是将换向片头部的内侧车掉一部分,铣钩槽工序指的是将换向片头部的两侧铣掉一部分,目的是使换向片头部的尺寸与换向器成型弯钩的尺寸相当。
【发明内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种钩型换向器的换向片,用上述换向片来制作钩型换向器,工艺简单,耗材省成本低。
本实用新型是采取如下技术方案来完成的:钩型换向器的换向片,由成型拉拔铜材冲制形成,其特征在于:换向片头部的两侧和内侧向里凹进,换向片头部的尺寸与换向器成型弯钩的尺寸相当。
上述的换向片,在前期冲制过程中就将换向片头部的两侧和内侧冲掉一部分,使换向片头部的尺寸满足换向器成型弯钩的尺寸,这样就不需要后续的车钩圆、铣钩槽工序,不仅使换向器的制作工序简化,工艺简单,而且节省了材料降低了成本。

【具体实施方式】
如图所示,这种钩型换向器的换向片1,由成型拉拔铜材冲制形成,在冲制过程中同时将换向片头部2的两侧2b和内侧2a冲掉一部分,使换向片头部的两侧2b和内侧2a向里凹进,使换向片头部2的尺寸与换向器成型弯钩3的尺寸相当。这样在换向器的后续制作过程中,就不需要车钩圆和铣钩槽工序,换向片头部直接弯钩成型,所以简化了制作工序,使工艺简单,而且节省了材料降低了成本。
