本实用新型涉及的是一种换向器的换向片。 
背景技术:
传统的需铣焊线槽的换向器,它的换向片通常具有双燕尾结构,设有双燕尾的换向片在铣过焊线槽后,焊线槽槽底的径向方向材料厚度会较薄,一般较难承受大的点焊电流,这会影响电机厂对换向器产品的正常点焊工艺。 
发明内容:
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种使换向器产品能承受更大点焊电流的换向器换向片。 
本实用新型是采取如下技术方案来完成的: 
能承受大点焊电流的换向器换向片,其特征在于:所述的换向器换向片端部开设焊线槽,所述的换向器换向片具有双燕尾槽结构。 
本实用新型的换向器换向片,改变传统的双燕尾结构,而是采用双燕尾槽结构,这样在铣焊线槽后,焊线槽槽底的径向方向材料厚度就会大大增厚,于是可以承受更大的点焊电流,从而最大限度满足电机厂的正常点焊工艺。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示,本实用新型的能承受大点焊电流的换向器换向片1,其端部开设焊线槽3,其内侧面具有双燕尾槽2结构,由于采用了双燕尾槽2的结构,所以换向片1在铣焊线槽3后,焊线槽3槽底的径向方向材料厚度H会很厚,可以承受更大的点焊电流,从而最大限度满足电机厂的正常点焊工艺。 
如图2所示,传统换向片4具有双燕尾5结构,换向片4在铣焊线槽6后,焊线槽6槽底的径向方向材料厚度h很薄,不能承受大的点焊电流,影响电机厂对换向器产品的正常点焊工艺。 
图3所示为安装本实用新型换向片1的换向器,与传统换向片4一样能与换向器模体材料7牢固结合。
