Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种圆底槽的定子冲片,其特征在于:定子冲片中间圆形空腔内沿圆周方向均布有连续的凹槽,所述的凹槽其底部均为圆弧状槽形。优点在于:由于凹槽其底部均为圆弧状槽形,这种圆底槽设计对于2-4极电机,圆底槽有更高的槽利用率,即铁芯冲片面积利用率,也就提高了电机铁芯材料的利用率,进一步降低了电机铁芯材料成本10%左右。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及到发电机定子铁芯,尤其涉及到一种带有圆底槽的定子冲片。
背景技术
发电机内的定子铁芯为绕组磁场提供回路的作用,并支撑着定子绕组的位置,防止变形和脱落;由于硅钢片本身的导磁性能比一般的材料好,故都是用硅钢片做成定子冲片,既减小了感应涡流、又保证磁路畅通。现有的定子冲片中间圆形空腔内沿圆周方向均布有连续的凹槽,由于其底部均为平底状槽形,导致铁芯冲片面积利用率低,且铁芯的材料成本上升。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种定子冲片面积利用率高且能降低材料成本的新型定子冲片。
本实用新型是通过如下方式实现的:用硅钢片做成定子冲片,定子冲片中间圆形空腔内沿圆周方向均布有连续的凹槽,所述的凹槽其底部均为圆弧状槽形。
本实用新型优点在于:由于凹槽其底部均为圆弧状槽形,这种圆底槽设计对于2-4极电机,圆底槽有更高的槽利用率,即铁芯冲片面积利用率,也就提高了电机铁芯材料的利用率,进一步降低了电机铁芯材料成本10%左右。

具体实施方式
现结合附图详述本实用新型具体实施方式,如图2、图3所示,用硅钢片做成定子冲片1,定子冲片1中间圆形空腔2内沿圆周方向均布有连续的36个凹槽3,所述的凹槽3其底部均为圆弧状槽形4。
