卡箍蝶阀是一种用于消防、给排水、通风、石油、化工、医药、钢铁等管路上作为截断或调节之用的阀门。常规设计的卡箍蝶阀是柱形密封副，在阀体、阀板配合方面因设计的过盈量不均匀，致使阀门在启闭过程中阀板橡胶与阀体局部摩擦严重，造成阀板橡胶短时间内老化破损，使产品使用寿命短，操作力矩大，容易产生泄露，耐压方面效果不佳。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，克服现有技术中存在的不足提供一种阀板衬胶的双重球面密封的卡箍蝶阀阀板。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：
一种卡箍蝶阀阀板， 特征在于：所述阀板与阀体接触的密封带为弧面，弧面密封带中间设置“U”型缺口，形成阀板密封面的两道密封。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是： 
阀板外层密封面与阀体密封面为球型过盈配合，这种配合形式在启闭的任何角度上都对介质造成与外界的密封，并且由于同轴心，形成完整的密封带，因此各密封部位的过盈量均匀一致。由于有“U”型缺口的存在形成了阀体与阀板密封副的双道球型密封，使密封副接触面积减小，提高了密封比压，减小了摩擦力，减少了操作力矩，延长了使用寿命，提高了产品的密封和耐压能力。

如图1-3所示，包括阀板本体1、阀板本体外部包胶2和阀轴孔座3；所述阀板与阀体接触的密封带为弧面，弧面密封带中间设置“U”型缺口形成双重密封面4。
本实用新型阀板密封面与阀体密封面均为球形，装配后阀体密封面与阀板密封面成为同一轴心球体。弧面密封带中间有“U”型缺口的存在形成了阀体与阀板密封副的双道球型密封，使密封副接触面积减小，提高了密封比压，
