本发明涉及一种带唇边的蝶板,包括V形唇面、唇边、蝶板,其特征在于蝶板的边缘设置有V形唇面,V形唇面使蝶板与阀体接触部分为唇式接触,密封面为唇式自密封,其原理类似于Y型油封,关闭时只用很小的力关闭,关闭后介质压力越高密封越严,属于自密封,而且软密封蝶阀轴端干涉问题也得到了解决,蝶板两侧的轴端设置有唇边,在蝶板轴端部分旋转时,开关力轻,压力越大密封越严。本发明的有益效果是,V形唇面使蝶板与阀体接触部分为唇式接触,只需要用很小的力就可以达到密封的效果,开关用力很小,而且压力越大密封越严,唇边在蝶板轴端部分旋转时,开关力轻,压力越大密封越严。

本发明涉及阀门行业领域,具体地说是一种带唇边的蝶板。
背景技术
蝶板是蝶阀上的主要部件,蝶阀是一种结构简单的调节阀,用于低压管道介质的开关控制的蝶阀,其工作原理是指以关闭件(阀瓣或蝶板)为圆盘,围绕阀轴旋转来达到开启与关闭的一种阀门,在使用时蝶板轴端部分由于需要旋转,旋转时结合面干涉,制造时预压大容易旋转不动,预压小密封不严或损坏阀芯结合面导致漏水,这是普通蝶阀的通病,普通软密封闸阀和闸板软密封蝶阀为强制密封,其密封面闸的越紧耐压越高,密封面闸的越紧阻力越大,越难开关,而软密封蝶阀由于轴端圆柱面干涉所以不能太紧,如果太紧会造成无法关闭或把密封面橡胶拉断。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种带唇边的蝶板,本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:本发明的结构包括V形唇面、唇边、蝶板,其特征在于蝶板的边缘设置有V形唇面,V形唇面使蝶板与阀体接触部分为唇式接触,密封面为唇式自密封,其原理类似于Y型油封,关闭时只用很小的力关闭,关闭后介质压力越高密封越严,属于自密封,而且软密封蝶阀轴端干涉问题也得到了解决,蝶板两侧的轴端设置有唇边,在蝶板轴端部分旋转时,开关力轻,压力越大密封越严。
本发明的有益效果是,V形唇面使蝶板与阀体接触部分为唇式接触,只需要用很小的力就可以达到密封的效果,开关用力很小,而且压力越大密封越严,唇边在蝶板轴端部分旋转时,开关力轻,压力越大密封越严。
