Abstract

本发明公开了一种双向承压硬密封蝶阀,包括:阀体,阀体包括进口和出口;设置在阀体上与阀体相适配的阀座;与阀座相适配的蝶板,蝶板的边缘沿蝶板的轴线方向呈圆弧形;与蝶板连接的阀杆,阀杆的顶端与传动装置连接;设置在出口处与蝶板的弧形边缘配合的背压密封机构。从上述技术方案可以看出,本发明提供的双向承压硬密封蝶阀,蝶板设置成球形蝶板,蝶板的边缘沿蝶板的轴线方向呈圆弧形设计,背压密封装置与蝶板边缘的接触由原来的点密封形成了面密封,增强了背压密封装置与蝶板之间的密封性,当阀体承受的背压增大时,接触密封面会增大,从而有效的防止了介质的回流,起到了有效的密封作用,增强了现有技术中蝶阀反向承压情况下蝶阀的密封性。

技术领域
本发明涉及流体输送系统中的控制部件,特别涉及双向承压硬密封蝶阀。
背景技术
蝶阀又叫翻板阀,是一种调节阀,随着科技的进步,蝶阀的发展较快,在各行各业中,尤其是大口径管线上,有取代闸阀的趋势,应用越来越广泛。蝶板的密封面与阀座之间的密封是靠传动装置的力矩使蝶板转动,蝶阀正向承压时,压力越高,正向密封越紧;当阀门关闭,会有部分介质回流,在阀体的出口处形成背压,蝶板承受背压时,当介质与蝶板之间的压力大于阀体与蝶板之间的压力时,就会产生回流。
因此,如何增强蝶阀承受背压情况下的蝶阀密封性,成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种双向承压硬密封蝶阀,以增强蝶阀承受背压情况下的蝶阀密封性。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种双向承压硬密封蝶阀,包括:
阀体,所述阀体包括进口和出口;
设置在所述阀体上与所述阀体相适配的阀座;
与所述阀座相适配的蝶板,所述蝶板的边缘沿所述蝶板的轴线方向呈圆弧形;
与所述蝶板连接的阀杆,所述阀杆的顶端与传动装置连接;
设置在所述出口处与所述蝶板的弧形边缘配合的背压密封机构。
优选的,在上述双向承压硬密封蝶阀中,所述蝶板上靠近所述进口的一面设置有框架结构。
优选的,在上述双向承压硬密封蝶阀中,所述背压密封装置包括:套设在所述阀座的外缘用于密封所述阀体与所述蝶板之间缝隙的密封圈和将所述密封圈压紧在所述阀座上的压板。
优选的,在上述双向承压硬密封蝶阀中,所述压板与所述密封圈之间设置有弹性部件,所述弹性部件为弹簧,所述弹簧通过弹簧座安装在所述压板与所述密封圈之间,且所述压板上设置有与所述弹簧配合的凹槽。
优选的,在上述双向承压硬密封蝶阀中,所述密封圈为柔性石墨密封圈。
优选的,在上述双向承压硬密封蝶阀中,所述出口处设置有台阶孔,所述台阶孔靠近所述蝶板一侧的内壁直径较远离所述蝶板一侧的内壁直径小,所述密封圈设置在所述台阶孔内靠近所述碟板的内壁上,且所述密封圈的内壁与所述蝶板的边缘相抵。
优选的,在上述双向承压硬密封蝶阀中,所述阀杆包括上阀杆和下阀杆,所述上阀杆上端与驱动装置连接,所述上阀杆下端与所述蝶板连接,所述下阀杆上端与所述蝶板连接,所述下阀杆下端与所述阀座可转动连接。
优选的,在上述双向承压硬密封蝶阀中,所述上阀杆与所述下阀杆上均设置有平键,且所述蝶板上开设有与所述平键配合的键槽。
优选的,在上述双向承压硬密封蝶阀中,所述上阀杆与所述阀体之间设置有填料密封装置,所述填料密封装置包括:
设置在所述阀体上用于填放填料的填料函;
设置在所述填料函顶部的填料压盖,所述填料压盖与所述填料函通过螺栓连接。
优选的,在上述双向承压硬密封蝶阀中,所述传动装置为与所述上阀杆键连接的涡轮和与所述涡轮啮合的蜗杆,所述蜗杆与手轮连接,且所述传动装置通过支架与阀体连接。
从上述技术方案可以看出,本发明提供的双向承压硬密封蝶阀,蝶板设置成球形蝶板,蝶板的边缘沿蝶板的轴线方向呈圆弧形设计,这种设计,背压密封装置与蝶板边缘的接触由原来的点密封形成了面密封,增强了背压密封装置与蝶板之间的密封性,当阀体承受的背压增大时,介质会对背压密封装置施加压力,背压密封装置挤压蝶板,因为蝶板与背压密封装置之间为面密封,受到外力的作用,接触密封面会增大,从而有效的防止了介质的回流,起到了有效的密封作用,有效增强了现有技术中蝶阀反向承压情况下蝶阀的密封性。

一种双向承压硬密封蝶阀,包括:阀体1,阀体1包括进口和出口;设置在阀体1上与阀体1相适配的阀座;与阀座相适配的蝶板2,蝶板2的边缘沿蝶板2的轴线方向呈圆弧形;与蝶板2连接的阀杆,阀杆的顶端与传动装置连接;设置在出口处与蝶板2的弧形边缘配合的背压密封机构。
本方案采用的碟板2,碟板2的边缘沿碟板2的轴线方向呈圆弧形,背压密封装置与碟板2密封连接,本方案中碟板2的设计方式,使蝶板2与背压密封装置的密封方式由将原来的点密封改成了面密封,增强了密封的可靠性,当阀体承受的背压增大时,介质会对背压密封装置施加压力,背压密封装置挤压碟板2,因为碟板2与背压密封装置之间为面密封,受到外力的作用,接触密封面会增大,可以有效的防止介质的回流。本方案设计的蝶阀,背压密封装置与沿自身轴线方向边缘呈圆弧形的碟板2配合使用,有效的增强了蝶阀承受背压情况下蝶阀的密封性。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,在本发明的一具体实施例中,蝶板2上靠近进口的一面设置有框架结构。碟板2上设置有框架结构,有效的增强了碟板2承受背压的强度,保证了密封的可靠性。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,在本发明的一具体实施例中,背压密封装置包括:套设在阀座的外缘用于密封阀体1与蝶板2之间缝隙的密封圈3和将密封圈3压紧在阀座上的压板4。密封圈3套设在碟板2上,密封碟板2与阀体1之间的缝隙,为了防止正向承压时,介质将密封圈3带走,通过压板4将密封圈3固定在阀体1上。当然背压密封装置也可以为其他能够实现本方案的装置,本方案不做具体限定,压板4也可以为其他能够实现本功能的装置,本方案不做具体限定。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,在本发明的一具体实施例中,压板4与密封圈3之间设置有弹性部件5,弹性部件5为弹簧,弹簧通过弹簧座6安装在压板4与密封圈3之间,且压板4上设置有与弹簧配合的凹槽。为了防止因为密封圈3突然受压,造成密封圈3的损坏,在密封圈3与压板4之间设置了弹性装置,弹性装置通过弹簧座安装在密封圈3和压板4之间,增强了装置使用的可靠性。当然弹性部件可以为其他能够实现本方案的装置,本方案不做具体限定。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,在本发明的一具体实施例中,密封圈3为柔性石墨密封圈。柔性石墨密封圈具有耐磨,耐高温,耐压,抗腐蚀,抗蠕变,无油自润滑,膨胀系数小,密封性优越等优点,能够实现高温工况下的良好密封性,满足工况需要。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,在本发明的一具体实施例中,出口处设置有台阶孔,台阶孔靠近蝶板2一侧的内壁直径较远离蝶板2一侧的内壁直径小,密封圈3设置在台阶孔内靠近碟板2的内壁上,且密封圈3的内壁与蝶板2的边缘相抵。在阀体1上设置台阶孔,密封圈3与台阶孔配合,使得密封圈3更好的与碟板2密封,增强装置的密封性,同时也可以防止在工作过程中,密封圈3的位置发生变化,影响密封性。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,在本发明的一具体实施例中,阀杆包括上阀杆和下阀杆,上阀杆上端与驱动装置连接,上阀杆下端与蝶板2连接,下阀杆上端与蝶板2连接,下阀杆下端与阀座可转动连接。将阀杆设置成两部分,一方面节省了材料的使用,另一方面方便了装置的安装。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,在本发明的一具体实施例中,上阀杆与下阀杆上均设置有平键,且蝶板2上开设有与平键配合的键槽。键连接为比较常见的连接方式,具有对中性好,便于维护和拆卸。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,在本发明的一具体实施例中,上阀杆与阀体之间设置有填料密封装置,填料密封装置包括:设置在阀体上1用于填放填料的填料函;设置在填料函顶部的填料压盖,填料压盖与填料函通过螺栓连接。填料密封装置的设计增强了上阀杆与阀体之间的密封性,防止介质的泄露,当然,填料密封装置也可以为其他能够实现本方案的装置,本方案不做具体限定。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,在本发明的一具体实施例中,传动装置为与上阀杆键连接的涡轮和与涡轮啮合的蜗杆,蜗杆与手轮连接,且传动装置通过支架与阀体连接。转动手轮带动涡轮转动,涡轮带动蜗杆转动,蜗杆带动上阀杆运动,从而碟板2运动,碟板2带动下阀杆运动,实现阀门的开合和关闭。上阀杆露在阀体1外面的部分通过平键与涡轮连接,传动装置通过螺栓与支架连接,支架与阀体1也通过螺栓连接。

与所述蝶板(2)连接的阀杆,所述阀杆的顶端与传动装置连接;
设置在所述出口处与所述蝶板(2)的弧形边缘配合的背压密封机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双向承压硬密封蝶阀,其特征在于,所述蝶板(2)上靠近所述进口的一面设置有框架结构。
